I came in to get a few services done, including my eyebrows, which I normally get waxed with regular wax. When I asked for a wax, the lady had me switch chairs and began using hard wax instead. When it came time to remove the wax, she pulled very slowly, which made it much more painful and left a lot of residue behind. I told her I didn't like that and politely asked if she could switch to the regular wax I usually use. She insisted that hard wax would give better results and continued anyway. Again, she removed the wax slowly, which ended up pulling out a noticeable chunk of my brow hair. I asked her to stop and switch the wax, but by that point, she had already thinned out my eyebrow significantly. She then started on my other brow with hard wax again, despite me repeatedly asking for regular wax. She even dropped wax directly on my brow and tugged at it as it dried, which pulled out another chunk of hair. I stopped her immediately, very upset that she had ignored my requests and damaged my eyebrows. I decided not to proceed with any other services because of how poorly this was handled. I now have uneven eyebrows with a section missing, and I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

The flower is atrocious, at best. And the line work is crooked and smudged.

Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Maybe other clients have just had the good fortune of having better experiences and better people to provide their services to them. This just doesn't happen to be the case for me. Obviously, this isn't the right medspa for me or for my needs/concerns.

I am a lash OG, been getting them done for over 8 years. I am picky and very high on customer service. Since it opened, I have been going to the Southlake location. The front desk girls are amazing, always super friendly and very patient over the phone and in person when you are trying to schedule appointments. And I am one to "schedule up" months at a time. So I am often like a stalker at that front while they are also answering phones and checking people out! What causes my stalking behaviour you ask? My stylist Bri! She is awesome and bats it out of the park. She is great at accentuating my eyes (I always get lots of compliments) and is very gentle during the process. She is extremely knowledgeable and shares good pointers for the best ways to keep my lashes up. And if I am ever having any problems with my lashes she usually hits the cause on the head with a suggested fix. She really is a professional. I actually hate writing this review as it will probably make it harder for me to get in with her! read more

Before I worked here I was always hearing poor things about extensions and even had a personal family friend lose half her own lashes as a result of extensions. Working here, I have learned that it's about proper training, technique, and striving to keep the integrity of your lashes. They actually look at your lashes length, thickness and how many you have and help determine what you can withstand and what style is going to work best. I had them on myself for several months, had them removed to switch to a perm and all my lashes were still intact and healthy. The owner is extremely respectable and has worked hard to provide a top quality service. These women care and I'm not just saying that because I work there, I have watched, experienced and known for a fact there's no other place that will provide you with high quality lashes that are safe and beautiful! read more

Shelley is absolutely amazing! She always does such an amazing job on my lashes and eyebrows. She is so sweet and always makes sure I understand what she's doing and that I'm comfortable! The girls there are so welcoming! During these crazy times - I was a little nervous coming in but I felt well prepared with the emails I received about what y'all were doing to keep everyone safe and healthy. I felt very comfortable with the process of wearing and mask and having my temperature taken upon arrival. Thank y'all for making me feel comfortable! This Lash Lounge is scheduled to open soon this July but is already taking appointments for 50% off services with Julieann, Bri, & Rachel. They are working out of the Lash Lounge Corporate office right down the street from where the salon will open. I have gone to all of these gals and they are all phenomenal! Throughout the service, she barely spoke to me and only offered to count down halfway through the wax appointment. It was more painful than usual and felt very rushed. Her overall demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed to be there--or at least annoyed to be working with me. To make matters worse, it has been two days since my appointment and I have not received any follow-up survey, which is usually standard.
