Got a new set on a Thursday that didn't last 4 days b/4 half came off of one eye on Saturday. Had irritated, itchy and red/swollen eyes that matted shut 3 days in a row. Veronica said I could get a refund if I came back to have them removed. I did that and my irritation subsided. Shelby does a fantastic job tinting my eye brows and lashes. Very professional! Perfect every time!

They don't do good ! Took them 1h to do rifle and I looked the same like before! Lady was pinching my eyes I jumped couple of times from the be as well taping my face when she removed the tape from the eyes to save the tape or what ever! She was slow and pressing my eye stronger when she separated to set the lash! After that they told me they need one more session to add more if I want! Also she didn't ask me what I want I said I want more full and volume and all charges 90$! Over all bad service! Place looks nice and girls on front are kindly trained to tell you exactly what they need to so that seems everything so good! Not recommending anyone this place! read more

Beware of over charging! I was on their membership plan on classic refills to hybrid with a master stylist. The charge is automatic on my credit card so I didn't notice the incorrect charges right away. The upgrade charges were not consistent price as they should have been and once I upgraded to next level membership they continue to charge me incorrectly. I was told no refund could be given to me because it had gone on for too long! I loved the stylist but won't go back to this locatio! Shame on you!!! read more

My first visit at this location was yesterday afternoon. I was put on the cancellation list since no appointments were available till next week. I received a call within a few hours with a cancellation opening and was pretty surprised. From scheduling over the phone to arriving for my 1st appointment, everyone is so friendly and service with a smile. I was hesitant about driving all the way to Southlake because I reside in Arlington but I'm so glad I did! These ladies are awesome and good at what they do. They know my name when I walk in (and others as well) I feel at home while I wait on my stylist (Lauryn). Another thing about her is she makes sure both side of my lashes are as close to perfect as they can be and I love her for that(I have ocd lol) needless to say I make the drive every twO weeks and I couldn't be happier about it. read more

I went in for a lash and brow tint. When done, one brow was darker than the other and my lashes looked as light as when I went in. I also got dye in my eyes, but that happens, so it isn't really a complaint. I would also point out that they put nothing down where you lay your head along with everyone else and the purple fur where my feet rested was visibly dirty. The admin there was great and they got me in quickly which I truly appreciate. The challenge was the tech who was very dismissive when I brought up a concern. She seemed in a rush and distracted. I have had my lashes done a few times and they have looked amazing after! Maybe it's because she's new and needs more practice. But I still had the paper towel stuck on my face when I got up, which I had to remove. I also had to ask for a mirror. She also kept tugging my lashes a part with no apology or explanation until the umpteenth time when I made a comment. At that point she just said it was because of the humidity. But there were three other individuals getting their lashes done and not once did their tech state that there would be a pull nor did the client cringe and say ouch. She poked my eyelids a few times and aggressively rubbed my lids. At the end of it all I could clearly see multiple lashes still had more than one lash to it and it looked fake. And I've had a D curl before and the same range 10-13. When I got up multiple lashes were on the table when I asked if I lost a lot she just said they were "loose" but in the four or so times I've gone to lash lounge, not once has any of things things occurred. I hate leaving such a poor review but I am literally contemplating calling another location for removal next week. Everyone else seemed like they had a wonderful experience so maybe just make sure you go to a senior or master level? I'm hopeful this individual gets additional oversight and is more successful in the future. Update: I increased from 2 to 3 stars because I did call another location for a consult. I was told the diameter was bigger than it should have been and too much glue but application overall was fine and nothing that required removal. Rachel is the most professional, consistent and talented Lash Artist I've ever been to. She has maintained the integrity and health of my natural lashes for years. She is the only one who properly isolates each lash and never leaves globs of glue on my lashes. My retention with her is always exceptional. Rachel is fast, sanitary and very encouraging. I consider her a friend after years of seeing her twice a month. Also, I never have any sensitivity, itching or redness in my eyes after installation. I attribute that to her application technique and the fact that her isolation is on point and the minimal glue utilized is the appropriate amount. Sometimes when I am in for a refill I nap and other times I am getting a therapy session. Out of all the Technicians I have been treated by in the past, Rachel is the only one I have ever gone back to. Since meeting her, she is the ONLY provider for me. I had two different master stylist do my lashes and they didn't last a week. I paid $75 for a fill which is ridiculous for lashes that didn't stay on. When your lashes don't stay on bad stylist will tell you it's your fault when you know it isn't and you followed their directions for caring for them. read more

I had a good experience! The lashes lasted over a month. The good thing too is when you have a membership, it's cheaper. It's like $50 a month for membership. I myself found I like a slight break and go every other month. The great thing is, if you don't use it that month, it accumulates. You don't lose that money. And, you can freeze your account for free at any time. I especially love it before vacations because I have blonde eyelash and the constant coating is annoying and time consuming!!!
