It's now 12:45 and still no one is answering the door or the phone. This is extremely unprofessional and feels disrespectful as a customer. You say you're open at a certain time, you aren't. Brows were cute until when I woke up the next morning and realized that I was burned on both eye lids. Apparently the wax was too hot so I had to let it heel and I was peeling skin for 3 days. And I didn't care for the fact that she had to keep walking a distance to even get the wax to begin with, it's in the back. Called for pricing. I asked how much a threading visit would be, and she told me $100. I was shocked because it's usually $10-$15 and she told me to hold on while she looked at prices. She came back to the phone 3 times in 6 minutes to tell me "here's the price" and then she would say "oh wait hold on" and put me back on hold. Obviously didn't know their own business' prices. I had an appointment, however I chose not to have services performed because the guy working at the front desk had terrible manners and zero customer service skills. He checked me in and wanted to do my brows. I asked if he was going to wash his hands before touching my face and he looked at me funny and then said that the lady I was waiting for to do waxing could do my brows then. Apparently, he was not interested in cleaning his hands. Hello "Covid 19" surge. I could not believe the attitude. I waited for the lady to finish with her client. In the nanometers another customer came in and as the guy was going to do that lady's brows he walked past me, rolled his eyes and hugged and puffed. In that moment, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I informed the lady who does the waxing exactly why I was leaving and she apologized and said I can assure you that we are clean. I'm glad we chose this place, it is relatively close to our home , the prices were fair and the service that was given to us was great. They offer a discount membership that more than likely we will be doing as well as some monthly packages. Besides all this the outcome of our eyebrows was AMAZING! Very clean and nice atmosphere! The lady who did the threading was very nice but she didn't warn me about the pain level. It was awful! So painful but maybe it was worse for me because I hadn't gone to get my brows done for a month. I had tears running down my face and I begged her to stop. I asked for wax and she said she didn't have any. Perhaps it's because they advertise themselves as a threading salon but I was shocked they don't have wax. That was my experience. HORRIBLE UNSANITARY location. I was laying back and looking at the ceiling until I noticed the lady double dipping the wax sticks and going over the area more than once. She clearly didn't know what she was doing and now I have a scar. She used the pink wax then the hard wax after. I contacted them a week later to explain what happened and left my contact info for the owner to call me and I never received a call. I will never go back to this location. read more

I came here for the second time but will never go again. I got my eyebrows done from Menaz and she made one eyebrow thinner than the other one. It takes a while to grow eyebrows and I am very particular about them too!! I told her the same when I walked out of the salon , she did not even say sorry or offered to help . She agreed to it that she had messed up my eyebrows and all she said was " you can only see if you look closely" . Seriously!? I was asked to log in and a young lady directed me to a station. I asked for Rayshka (sp) since she was mentioned in the reviews. Easy switch out with no issue. I didn't have a good experience. The lady that touched my sideburns re waxed twice, which made it burn.... also didn't pull my hair completely out of the way so pulled what didn't need pulling. Pulled very slow, which was very painful. My eyebrows were threaded... it was the most painful threading experience Ive had. Either she was doing it slow... all I needed was a touch up.
