I met the fabulous owners [ Tim and Thomas] in the midst of their Wash & Fold service for customers. That's right - they have a service with free pick-up and delivery [for us lazy peeps]. Prices are very reasonable and you can download Pay Range for cashless payments. If you forget detergent or get hungry, you can purchase snacks and soap from them. Their small but mighty staff is attentive to your belongings while attending to your unmentionables. Great folding job! And all wrapped up for a great presentation. The atmosphere is all around pleasant and I felt safe, something I thought I'd never say about any laundromat, ever. They have efficient and ergonomic machines. It took me about 45 minutes for all 4 king size pillows to be washed and dried. I highly suggest coming here to do your laundry. They have a great book you can read, called "Laundry Love" with some awesome laundering and cleaning tips. I recently went there to wash a blanket in a regular size machine. Every machine I checked was dirty, inside and out, and the rubber inside the door was torn or loose. Since we were in central Florida, our options were either going to a theme park or to the beach. I choose the beach and of course naturally covering myself in sand by the time I left. I hauled everything (including my week's worth of laundry) over to Sunny Bubbles since I didn't want to deal with the inconvenience of attempting to get the sand out. I was welcomed as immediately as I arrived at the building. My first impressions were of the space's cleanliness and the machines' apparent state of maintenance. The floors are pristine, and there is plenty of illumination. I was asked if I would require their drop-off service by a staff member. Please take note that I have only ever used a drop-off service once, and I did not enjoy it at all. But I was aware that I needed to get ready for the following week and that employing their service would save me time. My two laundry bags were dropped off, and the final bill was shockingly inexpensive. I was advised my laundry may take at least a day to complete, which wasn't a concern. But a few hours later, I received a phone call alerting me that everything was finished that day. When I arrived to get my bags, I noticed that they had provided me an extra bag into which they had separated the beach blanket. I observed that everything was arranged neatly inside my other laundry bags. So that they wouldn't fall out as you carry your bag back home, small items such as socks were bundled up together in smaller bags. The manager and staff are very accommodating and willing to help. This laundromat has climbed to the top of my list due to the excellent service and staff. Can they possibly be more convenient? Yes, you can use their amenities and pay for services immediately from your phone using their own app.
