I've been using Mr. Suds for many years and love the improvements made. They now even have an app so that if you don't have cash you can add funds to your pay range app and pay for wash and dry that way. They are keeping in cleaner but sometimes you do go in before cleaning service and it's definitely needing cleaning. Overall it's a good laundry. read more

Should have paid more attention to the reviews. Washing machine took over $6 of my money. Some coins want even credited and it kept saying error. I was told that this was supposedly a machine that was new. Not sure why it's called Mr Suds because the there was no visible suds when my clothes was washing. Clothes look dry!!! I need a refund and I will never return to this laundromat again and I advise anyone not to either!! I would give them less than 1 star if I could. read more

I won't go here anymore. My washer got stuck on wash cycle, and I called the emergency number several times - no answer. Their business number is disconnected. I ended up sticking a sign on the machine with my number on it. I came back the next day and someone just turned it off and got rid of my clothes. They couldn't even bother to call me to get my laundry. That's just not right to throw out my stuff after I gave them contact info. Several times my money was eaten by their machines, both laundry and vending. Maybe I should call Benken? read more

I came to this laundromat and one of the machines after I added the Detergent the water came in clear. I advised the attendant and she said that some of those machines were not that good and that she preferred to used others. I asked her if there was a way to stop the machine to what she replied not for those machines. I waited until the cycle ended and asked her where she wanted the clothes because I don't want to keep wasting Detergent. She then asked my that I could use any other. I told her that's not true and that I wanted the establishment to pay for another cycle as my clothes still dirty. She then told me that the machine ended its cycle and that she cannot return any money. I also told her that wasn't true, that my clothes still dirty and that it was their responsibility to provide full service. She then said she needed to talk to the manager and walked away. later I asked her if she talked to the manager and she said she cannot help me. I told her that for one machine and their customer service they will lose a client. I will never used this place anymore. Stay away... it seems they don't maintain their washers or dryer. read more

This laundromat is the worst. My family had the stomach bug this week so I decided to check in all the blankets and sheets and clothes so they could be done at once. Big mistake.The large washers are $6.50 which is outrageous. The soap and softener pour openings were disgusting. Also the dryers only seem to work for 10 minutes so I had to keep shuffling my loads and put through 4 cycles and my clothes were all still damp when I left. So I spent hours of rotating through my dryer at home to get them dry. I will never go back read more

I would rate this laundromat BELOW ZERO, if I could. It's DANGEROUS! Nothing is done about broken machines or water on the floor, even when the manager is made aware. When the power went out, no one was managing the place, so one of the customers had to climb up on top of the washers to get to the breaker box. However, her attempt failed. Another DANGEROUS situation. I called the emergency number, and no one has returned my call, even though I gave my number on their answering machine two days ago, which confirms what I was told by other customers at that time. I talked to two customers this afternoon, who also confirmed that, as well as telling me that the "manager" just left about ten minutes ago, that she said she kinda worked there when they had asked if she worked there, and told them that she had been on a cruise for six days. I think that she may be using the money that she does not return to customers. The place is a mess, no paper or soap in the restroom, very few places to sit. She left without cleaning up water on the floor, knowing that was EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, or even putting a sign on a machine that she already knew did not work. According to the two customers, she told them EXACTLY WHY IT DID NOT WORK, because a bra underwire was caught inside the machine. The customers said that she told them that she was leaving and was going home because she was TIRED. read more

This place sucks so bad... the floors, tables, bathroom, etc look like they haven't been taken care of at all. Seniors come in here and you just feel sorry for them, because the equipment is not user friendly. Sorry but the owners need to put some money back into the place of just keeping it for themselves. Someone needs to detail clean this place it is disgusting. The floors look like they haven't been deep cleaned in years. The overall appearance is a complete disappointment. It also needs more washing machines not enough for the volume of people. I only gave one star because it Yelp makes you do at least one in reality it should be negative 5 read more

HORRIBLE!!!!! Washer broke and my clothes were stuck in there for almost two hours!!!!! Called the emergency holiness and no one answers!!!!

I will be doing everything in my power to let people know how much this laundromat steals from its patrons. Out of convenience we come here monthly for our laundry. On mulitple occasions we've had money eaten bu the washers. Anywhere from 6 to 10 dollars a time. We always call the number on the wall and have never recvd a call back. We usually forget and that's that. This last trip we had 3 washers at $6.25 a piece malfunction and leave our laundry dripping wet. We had a machine for 3.50 do the same. 2 dryers also ate our money, but the doors wouldn't stay shut so we lost that as well. In total, my last laundry run cost me $25 extra. Unacceptable. Ive called countless times with no response. I called police department to make an official complaint. Im contacting Better Business Bureau and will make sure every social outlet around will let people know . ive talked to many others while there and they have all had same experiences when trying to call. This man is a con. If he makes even 5 to 10 dollars a day off someone you can imagine he is pocketing a lot of our hard earned cash. Don't go here! The light in bathroom is burnt out, never any toilet paper, hand drying towels or soap to wash your hands. Machines always leaking. Never again! read more
