I never talk bad about companies as I am very understanding. However, the employees at quality cleaners completely ruined my comforter, and then tried to blame it on me as though it was my fault. I asked them to dry clean it, and get all the wrinkles out of it. They essentially put it in a washing machine with towels or something, it was 10x more wrinkled than when I dropped it off and it had balls of lint all over. Of course asked them about it and did not accept it and they said that it was the poor quality of my comforter, this comforter was over $200 from Pottery Barn. Not poor quality in my opinion. Very affordable high quality dry cleaner in a convenient dr Phillips location. Cleaned my husbands tuxedo for $15! Amazing service and high turn around speed. Everything was ready in five days, although they offer same day service. This is my new regular dry cleaner. Only downside is that they do not accept American Express. read more

We needed our drapes removed during construction, cleaned and stored and returned when the construction was completed. Manny and his assistant did an excellent job!! The heavy lined drapes werw cleaned and numbered. Pictures taken. And returned and hung up in excellent condition. I recommend manny 200%! read more

Honestly, they're really not that great. They're ok, at best. I got my slacks done, and they've always been just mediocre. The most annoying gripe is the lady always expects you to pay without even getting your clothes first for you to look at, and gets nervous when you're wanting to see your clothes. I'm not paying you when you don't even have my clothes! I don't know if you lost them or if you even did a good job yet! She just stands there wide eyed looking at you intensely like, "Okay, hurry up and pay! it's fine, it's fine! Don't worry about your clothes, I got them, just pay first!" I remember every time I'd tell her I want my clothes back before paying, which is normal for any other cleaner I've been to, she always acts like I'm going to run off with my clothes without paying. It's quite amusing how paranoid she is to be honest. Usually I've learned that the more anxious/defensive people are about they're work, the more insecure they are because they know it's not great. This place is not capable of handling a customer service issue. They claim to be a dry cleaners, alterations, shoe repair, and leather restoration place, and might be decent on one of these things, but alterations is NOT one of them. I originally called to meet with their tailor to have my bridesmaid dress hemmed and cleaned. The lady said "I am available, and I will be taking your measurements, so just come in." When I returned to pick it up I discovered that the woman was not the one who did the alterations, that a man who had not met with me did them, and he managed to make one side of my dress the proper length, while the other side had a sloped cut that was raised 3 inches higher than its matching counterpart. So, not only was my dress cut too short, but it was uneven. I am devastated, because I only have 10 days before the wedding where we are required to have floor length dresses. Now I can't use the dress I've already spent so much money on. When I requested a full refund for the ruined dress the woman at the counter became extremely defensive and said I was wasting my time asking for one, that I won't get one so leave. I have NEVER dealt with such immature, unprofessional people in my life! Along with their rude behavior I was told if I want the whole dress to be floor length I should just go get shorter shoes/heels for the wedding. This is how they have chosen to handle this issue: uncooperative, rude, and insulting! People like them who can't resolve a customer service issue don't deserve to be in business! The worst customer service you may ever encounter at any place of business. The girl up front that interacts with customers the most should probably be fired for her sour attitude and complete lack of respect; except she's most likely a family member that will continue to make this place a poor choice to go to. Their dry cleaning is barely mediocre, their shoe repair is okay, and they should NOT advertise that they do alterations. Quality clearers in DP is the best! I brought my wedding dress there, thinking there was no way it would get completely clean because the bottom was brown with dirt, but sure enough it looked brand new when I picked it up! The staff was extremely nice. When I first arrived I told them my reservation with the dress and that I didn't want to pay for it if it wasn't worth it, and they took the time to look at it and show me similar examples of wedding dress success stories. read more

We had a delay in shipping of our daughters christening gown and it arrived today. Christening is Sunday. Called Quality Cleaners after being told no by about 5 other cleaners and they said yes. They were as nice as they could be and were able to press the gown in about 20 minutes. They saved the day and we are very thankful!!!! Highly recommend!!! read more
