This place is lovely. I drove to Pasadena for work. Desperate needed to get some laundry done so i brought it all with me. Saw this place while driving and decided I'd stop here SO GLAD I DID. All new machines, cool central air with fans for plenty of air circulation. Plenty of seating space and a nice employee who gave me the password to the free wifi along with 20 minutes of free drying time due to my yelp checkin. Nice place to relax at while your clothes washes. read more

After using 4 washers and 3 dryers and spending almost $30, the manager/owner was very rude to us when we wanted to use 20 min free drying advertised on yelp with check in:( taking care of the customers is a number one rule for me when rating a business. If I could put zero stars, I would. The privileged lady who runs this place and the one on Allen is the rudest business owner I have ever met. I will not return to any of her establishments. I prefer to support fair businesses and customer first businesses. You failed in both parts and you will continue to fail if you do not learn that your customers happiness is first regardless of your own emotions. And btw at your new location, they are slow slow slow, my clothes were not folded to the standards you have set and they were static and wrinkled. Your old location was better for fluff and fold. Your hard working employees are what will keep your locations open but it is sad they have to work with an individual like you. Enjoy your Holidays. Nice clean laundromat, big dryers that you can dry all your laundry in. My only complaint is that they play the music way too loud. If you're looking for a place to get a little work done or send some emails while you're waiting for your laundry, this isn't it. I even tried watching a TV show through my headphones once, but their music was so loud it didn't matter how much I turned up my phone, I couldn't drown out the noise. I would be much happier to come here if I could choose what I do while I wait, but their loud music makes that difficult. read more

I needed to wash my rugs and yelp took me here. I like that it is a modern take on the laundry mat (it's about time). The appliances look new and the place is kept up nicely. The attendant was friendly and helpful. I think it's so weird why anyone would want to drop their laundry off, including undergarments, to be washed by a complete stranger. Wash your own dirty undies! Anyhow, I checked in and received .50 for the dryer. That's a cute yet inexpensive incentive. read more

It's very clean and trendy for a laundry mat. Lots of different washing machines to chose from. They even have free wi fi, a vending machine for detergent, carts for your laundry load, change machine and fluff and fold service. Three stars because it's so expensive. For instance, those regular, old school apartment complex washing machines are like $2.50 and the high end machines are $4 something. And you get like 20 minutes. So I'm doing laundry at my apartment complex and when it's time to use the dryer I realize the dryer isn't working. I panicked and then realize I have to take my two wet loads to get dried so I go on yelp and find his gem. I walked in and paid to use the dryers and the lady at the front was so rude to me. She pointed to the sign condescending as if I couldn't read and told me about not using only the dryers without washing too. She made me feel like a homeless person or something. Why would I go out of my way to just use their dryers? Why would I just wash my clothes and drive to your laundromat to pay to use your dryers and waste my time. Why be so rude to me when i actually paid you to use your dryer. I explained that to her, but she was just rude. I let my cycle finish and got out of there. read more

Our dryer broke with one load to go. Decided to come down here just to dry the last load of laundry and was told I'm not allowed to use the dryers unless I washed my clothes there. The prices for the washing machine really high this is the stuff was already washed I didn't see the need to spend seven dollars to rewash it. I guess business is going so well that they can send businesses away. Bummer, i've come here several times to wash our large comforters and things like that but I guess I'll have to find someplace else. Good news is they aren't the only laundromat but they are the only ones next to a legit Hawaiian restaurant. read more

I come here rather than my own apartments laundry room. Just a nice clean place and not an uncomfortable crowd like some other laundry mats. They even sell laundry bags which is a plus in case you forgot your own, however I would highly recommend bringing your own bleach etc..vending machine is pricey, but hey aren't they all! Pricing for washing went up and the layout is different than my previous visits, I heard someone drove into the place YIKES!!! So now washing is a bit more which is unfortunate or maybe this is due to our drought ? read more

I was initially a big fan of this laundromat, given the cleanliness, convenient location, trendiness, and attendees onsite. However, my experience became worse over time. Negative experiences in order: 1. First negative experience was when I asked the attendant for change because I had a $20 bill and they informed me that they could not provide change for the machines. Previously, they had been fine with providing change. I did not want to put my $20 bill in the change machine to receive a ridiculous $20 worth of quarters, so I went to the doughnut shop a few doors down where the lady was very kind to provide me change for buying a doughnut. 2. One night I returned from outside to move my clothes from the washer to the dryer. An attendant who I have never seen before gives me the evil eye and asks if I had washed my clothes in the washer. Apparently, there is some rule that you cannot dry your clothes there if you didn't wash your clothes there. Well, I always wash and dry both in the laundromat and being a regular customer, I did not appreciate the nasty vibes. Nor do I understand why they would care. I would think business is business, but whatever. 3. The worst experience happened when one of the dryers burned my load of clothing, sheets and towels to a nice, crisp brown. The attendants were shocked by the sight, took photos, and seemed sympathetic and gave me the manager's number. I admit that they didn't seem optimistic about me getting any kind of reimbursement, but they did seem concerned and wishing they could help. Yet, I was concerned that no one seemed to label the dryer as faulty afterward, or warn others not to use it. I called the manager and actually left a nice voicemail, as it was Saturday night, so I had not expected to get an answer. I did not even complain, but I gave the details of what happened and mentioned I was wondering if I might be able to be reimbursed or if anything could be worked out? Apparently, though, the manager cannot even be bothered to call me back about a matter such as completely destroying my clothes. Therefore, I've decided I cannot be bothered to return for business or continue being a regular customer as I have been for years. And I can be bothered to leave a bad review. Destroying about $90 worth of items due to your faulty machine, you'd think I could at least get a phone call or even an offer for a few free loads, or something. At the very least...can't I get my dollar back for paying you to burn my clothes to a crisp?! Apparently not, so I will find another place to take my business! If she had even bothered to return my call, I probably would have continued as a customer. Very disappointed. read more

Super duper clean with modern machines. The prices are overpriced but the staff is there to make sure it doesn't get gross. I've been to other laundry places and they usually disgusting. Just heads up the driers are 25 cents for 7 minutes verses places having it 25 cents for 10 minutes. read more

We run a hospitality business and have a huge need for a massive load of laundry at a time, many times per month. We decided to give Laundry Room a try because our normal place was closed for maintenance. We did about $25 worth of laundry and when it was time to dry noticed that they advertised a small discount (20 mins of free drying) if you check in on yelp! They refused to honor the check in because a friend I was doing laundry with had used one earlier. The check in is essentially worth $1, and she started to get very rude with us. We don't normally give negative reviews but that's not a good way to run a business, especially when each of us did over 15 loads of laundry there! Hopefully they can remember to aim to provide customers a great service and not always being aiming for every last quarter. read more

I thought laundromats were just for kids! Yesterday I dropped off a heavy down queen-topper & they washed it... then I recd a text when ready & at half the cost of my dry cleaner/laundry! I have been going to this place to do my laundry for years and have not had any problems. It has been clean and convenient. However, recently they have hiked up the prices here and its highway robbery. The prices for drying have always been 10 minutes for a quarter. They recently got new dryers that do not dry as well and changed the price to 6 minutes for a quarter. It used to take 75 cents for me to dry a load of towels. The last time I went, it took me almost $2.00! This is just to dry 1 load. It's a total rip-off. So now I gotta find another more reasonably priced Laundry place, even though this one is closest to my home. Its unfortunate that they got greedy. It's going to cost them some customers. read more

I brought a comforter and some fleece blankets in to get washed. I like that they asked me if I wanted them to use a scent and dye free deterrent, which I did. The prices were reasonable and they did the job in just a few hours. I probably should have checked everything really well when I got home, but all I did was smell and feel stuff to see how clean I thought it was. Last night my wife pointed out to be a tear in one of the fleece blankets. I can't exactly blame The Laundry Room for it, but I don't think it was there before hand. Oh well, it was just a cheap fleece blanket from Target. I'll probably use their service again, but I will be checking everything before and after I drop it off. read more

It's easy to get laundry done here. It's not loud or has super bright lights like your typical Laundromat. It's pretty clean, calm, and has WiFi. They don't provide change here, so come prepared with your cash. They have a small vending machine to purchase detergent, but they're small boxes so bringing your own is always the best choice . read more

First of all this place is clean and the dryers and washers work. The reason I'm giving them a 5 star review is because unlike some run down places this one is cleans and the staff is friendly. Yes it's small and sometimes it gets packed but so does in and out but the burgers are still good and I'll wait in line 30 minutes for a bomb double double with extra cheese and a fry. okay laundry mat, has free wi-if which is nice, but there is no power outlets so you can charge your laptop. I've been to several different laundry mats that do have power outlets, just more convenient..but anyway I probably won't return because of the fact that while I was sitting down I felt something on my arm I look over and it was bug. I think it might have been a bed bug idk it kind of also resembled a cockroach I screamed in panic as I flicked it off.
