I have my laundry picked up every other week and I can just text them to let them know when I need a pick up. They always get back to me right away. My laundry comes back perfectly folded and clean. The laundry room is very clean and the fluff and fold service is the best in town. The restroom is always clean and people are really friendly and helpful. They have a new location on Allen. It's really convenient because they also offer the option to put your own clothes on the washer and they dry it if you're on the go. I've used that a few times and it's super helpful if you can't sit there for a long time. read more

The only reason I didn't give the laundry 5 stars is because they are still a coins only laundromat, which can be a little annoying when you can't make it to an atm for cash or coins. Other than that it is always clean and in a good location. read more

Horrible self-serve laundry; expensive and terrible customer service. One load of laundry came out of an obviously dysfunctional dryer covered with elliptical black greasy marks, which the attendant said were because of the WHITE dryer sheets we used. We got this out of her after her repeated shrugs of disinterest. Stay away from this place, because pretentious industrial decor doesn't mean the washers and dryers are in good working condition. They aren't. And as you have to pay anywhere from fifty cents to a dollar more than normal laundromats PER WASH AND DRY here, it's definitely not worth it. Won't be going back. read more

I just moved here to Pasadena and have tried to find a half decent laundromat, needless to say, I found the laundry room... It looks good at first sight, but what really matters when it comes down to it is the cleanliness of the washers and wondering if you might get the last persons cooties! All I ask is for you to really take a look at the inside of the washers you use!!! I had to ask one of the employees how often do they sanitize the washers and she said that the outside of the washers get cleaned once a day at night and the inside of the washers get cleaned maybe every other day... You decide for yourself... At least think about bringing your own sanitizing cleansers for your own peace of mind... read more

The washer at the pad broke and the resident handyman was on strike due to bad treatment. So I found this place. At the time all machines were being replaced and I found the new 4 loader a good value especially the 2nd wash function for a measly .25. What killed it was the soap vending machine charges almost 6. for a 3 wash bottle of Tide. This was remedied by thee nice lady attendant who showed me a .99 store close by. Rough crowd there, but Lucky Baldwin ' is on the next block, so this place has it's merit. read more

Teally clean and organized which is a big plus for a coin laundry. Never have I seen it dirty or in bad shape. All the equipment works fine, never have I had an issue with malfunctioning Dryers or washers. Staff is very friendly. and the downside is you have to pay $25 cents to use the bathroom. I understand why they charge for the bathroom, probably the only thing that keeps it really clean. Parking is huge and free wifi is a plus. I only come here now, I drive 10 miles to just come here, worth the drive. read more

Great renovated and up kept facility staff is friendly with "minor exceptions" and a few slight mechanical issues aside from the small hiccups it's a go to when looking for a pleasant place to meet your laundry needs! Would have given it 5 stars but some of the clientele is sketchy given the area of location, they charge to use the bathroom! I know right? I don't get it either, it's literally no space between customers on even the marginal busy days and it's pretty high priced in comparison to other laundry mats in the area! The Laundry Room is a solid laundromat! Friendly and helpful staff, clean environment, and usually good music playing over the speakers to help pass the time as you fold your clothes. I checked in for the 20 minutes of free drying, which is two quarters on the house! If you are looking for a relaxed place to wash your clothes, this is the place for you. Clean, spacious, new machines, nice staff, plenty of carts, and machines that do 6 loads at once. I just did 30+ loads in one afternoon.

One of the things I dread the most is going to a laundry mat!! My friend told me how she found a new laundry mat that she liked & told me to check it out. I'm so glad I did! They've made my entire laundry experience so much more pleasant! I wish there were more places like this. Every time I've gone in it's clean & the restrooms are as well, which is very important to me. They have large screens with cable tv & free wifi, which makes the time go by much faster. The place has a cool industrial look, reasonable pricing, & great machines. They also have a Fluff & Fold delivery service!! The turn around is quick & everything is nicely folded. This place is great for my "fluff and fold". I have been using this company for several months now, due to complications from moving from one place to another, and then having to have hip surgery! Found this place on Yelp while on a work trip. Simply put, this place is awesome! The girls working here are super friendly and very accommodating. Having 3 options (#1wash and dry yourself, #2 wash and then have them transfer your clothes to the dryer and then notify you by text when it is ready, #3 full service wash, dry, and fold clothes and notify you when complete) to choose from is very convenient. Shockingly different than the old place! Clean, well-lighted. No ugly drop ceiling. Machines are clean and in good working order! If you liked the 1960's Speed Queen dryers you are out of luck. Otherwise it's a giant step up. All new folding tables and they are at the right height. Sheldon Cooper would abide. There is also WiFi and TV (3 large flat screens) to make doing laundry less of a pain in the rumpie. Good cell reception, too. The only drawback is that the place is in the back corner of a small shopping strip and is hard to visualize from the street. Just turn in at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store and they are on the south side of the lot all the way at the end. This is a great asset for PCC and CalTech students, and it's worth a bit of a drive for other Pasadena residents. read more
