I typically arrived at the back so I do not have to park in front at a 45 degree angle. The back was locked. I use to use the huge machines at the north side to do my laundry swiftly. They were closed off. The main area was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! The attendant acknowledged the floors were gross, but it was a holiday and the cleaners were off. She could have easily taken the time to mop. That floors had layers of filth well beyond one day. Another lady ended up washing her clothes in a washer that had mud it and required her to rewash her clothes. One load of my clothes were soaking wet but the attendant was no where to be found so I paid extra to dry. One in three washers are broken. Dryers are ok . I feel Like the owner has checked out and awaiting total failure before they shut down. It certainly was not like this in 2021.

I have a balance on my card but there is no way to check it. The only thing on the card is the business name and a different address than the one I went to. At the laundry mat there were two different phone numbers listed on a help wanted signed taped on the office door. I have called and left messages for the past 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. I feel like I am dealing with scammers. What kind of business doesn't answer their customers' calls? My advice is DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I specifically asked if they would be able to match my large amount of socks and was told that they could. When I came to pick them up today not only did they lose my bottle of detergent, the entire load of socks were paired up and completely mismatched. It's like they didn't even make an effort to match them. Presumably the owner apologized and said that this isn't normal for them. Ok mistakes happen but shame on you for not taking responsibility and fixing the mistake. Now I am out 50.00 and I have to pull apart at least 100 socks and do it myself!
