And since I'm no longer a resident, I cannot access the website portal or view past statements in billing detail, and the only method of payments they'll accept is a check or money order. Fan-fucking-tactic, now I have to spend more money in mailing just to pay you money that I don't actually owe your business. Furious about the change in management here. Not recommended in living here unless you're fine with some shady billing.

Website does not list the actual rent prices. You actually have a mandatory TV/Internet monthly charge of $85 and a $25 dollar Trash Valet fee. Trash valet is trash pick up per floor from what I can gather? In New York City we call that "standard" and it is rolled into the rent. While the website is transparent that not all apartments have amenities like a balcony, they are not transparent that the internet and cable TV package are NOT included in the rental price and that you actually have no option to opt out--even if you don't want cable (like myself). Application process is extensive. Includes detailed questions into your assets like having to list your top three credit cards, on top of the standard income requirement questions and criminal record questions. Application fee is also $225 which is way above what I've paid anywhere even in New York City.

The maintenance men are always friendly when they come by, but they slack on fixing necessary things, but I think they'd be more willing to help if management would let them. Ladies in the office claim that they can help, but often don't do much more than smile and tell you they'll see what they can do. Kim is the best office staff they have, so if you want a chance at getting your stuff fixed, ask for her! Prices are fair enough for what you're offered quality-wise, but I've rented better for slightly more. 2/5 stars

The BAD: It's noisy; you will hear your neighbor (and their dog) upstairs, and sometimes those on either side. The UGLY: I had auto-pay, and they continued to charge me for more than a month and a half after I moved out. They refused to show me how they calculated the refund amount, mis-addressed the refund check, and - despite the fact that it was due to their errors - charged me to stop the delayed check. If you rent here, make sure they don't cheat you too.

The condos or apartments themselves are very beautiful with origami blm hardwood floors and good space. The interior designs and decor in this place are phenomenal. A beautiful place with cool architecture and landscape. The amenities here seemed to be really top notch as well. I was impressed with everything I seen on my trip. The apartment or condo life does not fit my large family lifestyle but if I lived a simpler and more condensed life then they would absolutely be a place I'd check out to live.

The Club House/office is so pretty with super nice decor, a great Quills coffee bar, a wine bar, pool table, shuffle board, TV's and more. The pool is salt water which is so nice and there are several cabanas which are first come first serve. The backside has a wooded area/creek with hammocks, firepits and more.
