The new elevator is nice and large. This rental is beautiful. Truly. The touches and details really make this place unique. There are beautiful photos of the owner's time as a flight attendant. There's even a cute airplane wine rack table! The owner's are very friendly and communicate quickly. They have decorated this unit thoughtfully. It's spacious and laid out nicely. The sound bar will rock the house!! If the sound isn't working but the unit is on, just press power to reboot it. The couch/lounger is so soft and squishy. Perfect for kicking back to watch the TV. The fridge is so clean it looks brand new! Who am I kidding? This entire place is so clean! Like it is pristine! The bath towels behind the bathroom door are beach towel sized, which I love! The rain shower head is so nice. The hot water is instant, unlike at my house where it takes forever to heat up the water in the kitchen. This is a nice and cozy spot with touches of the industrial flair of the structure. However it feels luxurious in every way. The bed is very comfortable, and the bed linens are heavenly. The are like the ones at Hampton Inn that everyone loves! There's even a beautiful silk robe that made me feel expensive lol The only downside is the train horn. The train itself isn't bad, but when they blow the horn in the middle of the night it was frustrating. They provide earplugs in the basket on the shelf at the foot of the bed. I used them my second night and was just fine. It's funny because they used the horn at intersections a few times during the night, but early morning no horn! Then later in the day they used it. The earplugs were a must! I think it would be great to live in this building. I know other reviews talked about noise but we didn't hear anyone else in the halls or anywhere the whole weekend. It is a seemingly calm building. This is a wonderful place to stay and we will be back! I couldn't wait to show my husband and he was very impressed. It looks exactly like the photos in every way. Used to be a great place to live, but it's gone down hill fast. There has been water leaking in…read moreour hallway for over a year and it hasn't been fixed. There have been cars stolen out of the parking lot. There is a company that boots cars in the parking lot, and the owners of the building get a cut. They boot registered cars all the time, and getting them to fix their mistake is nearly impossible. The majority of the people that live here are nice, but a few are disrespectful and oftentimes you find trash, beer, vandalism in the hallways and elevator. They sell the building as "secure" but when magnetic locks stop working it takes them months to get around to fixing it. A UofL dorm is being built behind it, and they are building a bridge into the parking lot. When the bridge is complete, expect the crime rate to skyrocket in the lot.

We had food truck days, had monthly fun events for my kids and residents, etc. Over the past year, things have gone downhill. For example, over the past few months, our pond that has a fountain in it will not hold water unless it rains and the fountain has not been working for months, the gym closes practically every time we have a big rainfall due to leaks, the pool is now "closed until further notice" with no explanations as to why or when it will reopen, and lastly our entry gate, which we rely on for security (perk of living in a gated community) has been left open and broken for the past couple of weeks. Although maintenance is very quick to fix work orders and resolve issues overall, the property is declining rapidly. In addition, management has been aware of all issues but nothing really seems to improve. When I first moved in here, this place was definitely worth the high rent and the premium prices. Now I just don't think you can call this place luxury living.

I am not an actual tenant here nor have I lived here. I helped a family friend move a few weeks back and checked out the facilities. The condos or apartments themselves are very beautiful with origami blm hardwood floors and good space. The interior designs and decor in this place are phenomenal. A beautiful place with cool architecture and landscape. The amenities here seemed to be really top notch as well. I was impressed with everything I seen on my trip. The apartment or condo life does not fit my large family lifestyle but if I lived a simpler and more condensed life then they would absolutely be a place I'd check out to live.

The BAD: It's noisy; you will hear your neighbor (and their dog) upstairs, and sometimes those on either side. The UGLY: I had auto-pay, and they continued to charge me for more than a month and a half after I moved out. They refused to show me how they calculated the refund amount, mis-addressed the refund check, and - despite the fact that it was due to their errors - charged me to stop the delayed check. Fantastic location... I use to work at Humana and would walk to work or take the free trolley. I love hosting dinner parties... with my incredible view and terrace. If they have an opening... I have yet to see them clean the garages as requested a year ago, yeah it's filthy...the parking is a joke with the parking permit they assigned to you. People part multiple cars here and I guess I would too if I could get away with it. When you walk through your apartment, it will look all nice and shiny and after you move in shit will stop working. We do have an excellent maintenance team and they do respond very fast. but this is far from what is advertised. There are other properties that really have great living. Snow removal is a joke, they half assed completed what they started, so if your a Senior, you might think twice. My time is up and time to stop paying $2500/mo for garages and hallways that always smell like weed. Since I lived here, we had a few break-in, a shooting, drugs dealing going on and people fighting out in the parking lot at night. yup welcome to luxury living.

We visited many upscale complexes located in the various areas of the city. It was eye-opening to me because I have resided in the same home for 20 years, but have recently considered relocating myself. I have utilized YELP reviews as a valuable resource before our on site tours of various locations. Many of the posted reviews provided an insiders view which is not available during the tours. The Rialto is the first location I would be interested in having as my next living quarters. Here are some of the reasons I m impressed by this location: 1. 24 hour availability of a common meeting area with plenty of seating and the availability of hot beverages dispensed by a very cool machine. 2. Separate lounge with recreational activities, free beverages, tv, tables and regular organized social activities which allow for residents to interact,or small groups of friends to meet. 3. Gym and Yoga room 4.Large pool with plenty of lounges. 5. Areas for outdoor gathering and recreational activities including a ping-pong area. 6. Underground parking for now extra fee as well as ground level parking dispersed around the complex with 3 buildings designed in a triangular configuration with the pool area located in the center. 7. The third building is currently nearing completion, so many of the units are brand new. 8. The kitchen is large with stainless steel appliances, configured well with large counters and bar seating. 9. Large bedrooms, spacious closets and laundry room. Washer and dryer are included. Shelby gave us our tour, answered all our questions and conducted herself in a super professional and efficient manner. We learned that some unit customization can be accomplished with the resident having the option of painting preference. She told us that lighting can be customized with the resident purchase of ceiling fan or chandelier. The complex maintenance person would do the installation. The pictures I've included are of a 2 bedroom model unit. Since Rialto is a new complex, I learned the first building is just nearing its first year of inception. Currently,there are some generous incentives for a lease. For working professionals who are interested in an ideal location and beautiful complex. They are the true definition of slum lords, I don't recommend anyone moving here or anywhere BUCKINGHAM PROPERTIES is. Its not safe living here if you are a single woman and they don't care at all. I've reached out to Buckingham properties multiple times and they just redirect the message back to the woodbridge management and they do absolutely nothing about it. From the first day I moved in in October 2023 something told me I was going to wish I never moved there and I was 100% right. IF you do still decide to move here be aware that you will get charged additional fees and taxes for whatever they can find towards your rent and utilities more than likely it will happen two to three months after you move in .. you'll never get to use the pool or the gym because they always down for maintenance to clean or whatever else reason they can find. And the gym is never open because the machines are broken due to the kids in the neighborhood. They are both always down for maintenance or it's closed . Please Be aware maintenance men work on their own time. Maintenance request take months and years to get a response and they will enter your residence without notification or alerting you to their presence. It's happened to me more than twice and I wasn't properly dressed or aware someone besides myself was in my residence . The third time my wife had to threaten them if it happened again. Make sure for your safety you have some kind of protection. No one's coming to help you. The staff in the office is a joke Carla Gore, Tasha McCullough, Donya Brooks, Eric Johnson and Daniel Smith are all full of shit and are puppets for Kristin Edmonds at Buckingham Management . They are told what to do by Buckingham property and they don't have a mind of their own. They don't care about the people living in this property they just care about filling up the empty units and taking your money. They do nothing but look like the jackasses that they are. We pay for trash , sewage and pest control every month but the trash just sits in piles for weeks and weeks and they don't care at all. Pest control will never come to your home to spray EVER you have to request it even though you pay for it every month. If You Move Here you will be taken for granted you will be disrespected and robbed for every dime they can squeeze out of you!! On November 15th 2025 @ 5:00 pm my ceiling was flooded due to poor caulking service not being done properly. Now there are 5 large holes in my ceiling because maintenance and the plumbing had to find where the water was coming from. Please don't move here it's not a good place to live at all .

Lived here for just under a decade. In that time Woodbridge went through: 4 owners, 4 management…read morecompanies, 6 property managers, and more maintenance supervisors, maintenance staff, and office staff than I could even tell you. It was a good a place to live in 2015 when we moved in. Between 2015 and 2025 it slowly went downhill to the point that the only adjectives I could use to describe the property now are "neglected," "rundown," and "sad." To put it lightly, they are slumlords. Their maintenance philosophy could best be described as applying chewing gum and duct tape, hoping that the residents either get tired of dealing with them and either fix the problem on their own or just live with the issue. In fact, they were so bad about maintaining the property that a poorly replaced roof began leaking within 6 months of being replaced, and leaked worse than the old roof they replaced to the point of causing damage on the first floor. It took getting the corporate office involved, by way of one of their other properties in the city, to get the roof fixed. We also had multiple plumbing leaks that developed and none of them were ever fixed. When it snowed, there wasn't a single snow storm where they actually cleaned the sidewalks and only one where they plowed the parking lots. And this was all while they consistently were raising the rent every chance they could get. We received a renewal last year (without the required increase notice period from them) and rent went up 30% and then this year they were going to increase it by 50%, to the point of it being almost 4x what the rent was when we moved in. After contacting a lawyer, he said it sounded like a pattern of retaliation because we were asking them to fix things. So, someone running a business fixing cars in the parking lot and taking up all of the parking spaces is ok, but filing maintenance requests isn't. Also, they will charge a crazy amount for the utilities and services that are billed through the lease. Oh, and even after being told we'd be getting our security deposit back, it took us getting the corporate office involved to actually get it back. Please, don't live at Woodbridge, live literally anywhere else.
