We stopped here on our way to SoCal. Bought two of the room sprays to gift family and one for myself. When I got home I smelled it and did not smell lavender at all! I'm so embarrassed that I gifted one of them! What is this? Rip off! Do not buy it!

This is a nice road side stop to stretch your legs, they have a small garden/photo area with some dinosaurs and other animals for the kids to look at. Gift shop is nice and prices are reasonable. Restrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. They gave a covered area with cooling misters. Good place to spend about 30-60 minutes, if you are in the area. I would not consider this a destination spot, but it is good as a rest stop, especially if you have kids or dogs. Keep an eye out for snakes as you are walking.

It's the cutest place in the middle of nowhere! It smells so amazing as soon as you get out of your car :) The owners are super friendly and keep the place super nice , their products are amazing , from the lavender lemonade to the lavender essential oils . Theres a cute little maze for children and a Dinosaur park as well! Definitely recommend stopping by .

Saw the signs driving west towards SLO from the 5 freeway, so made a stop excitedly to check out the beautiful lavender displays. But this was in March and there were no blooms of lavender yet. I think after June is when it should be ready, so definitely make a stop if in summer. Otherwise, it was a good place to take a break and stretch out legs and walk to the left from the shop to the building which sells lavender touched ice cream and restroom as well. I just got the small size to try it out since never had lavender flavored ice cream. It was actually quite refreshingly good with a clean hint of lavender! I don't remember the costs but it was such that 3 of these small ones would cost more than the big pint size they also had. So if you have more 3 or more folks wanting to get, might as well get the much bigger pint and share. I saw a family with kids walking out with 3 of the small packs and wondered why not just get the big pint and have at it amongst the family. Initially got lost when turning into the opening from the road while going west bound. Turned right in to the opening and went straight for a while, which ended up leading to some almond factory. This place is pretty much parallel to the road, so once you turn right into the opening, immediately turn left to go further west parallel to the main road.

Loved the lavender fields at Moore! So beautiful, but definitely out in the middle of nowhere.

Cute stop off of Highway 46. When you exist your car you can smell the lavender. There is a really cute gift shop with hand, body and tea products made from lavender. The staff is super friendly and nice. If you go towards the house you will find another shop for snacks and drinks. We bought lavender lemonade and it was so good. My daughter also tried the wild strawberry lemonade which was equally as refreshing. They also serve a few flavors of ice cream. There is a restroom which was clean and kept Ed up. Lastly, for any travelers with pets, they have a nice dog park for big and small dogs do they too can stretch their legs and do their business. A nice pit stop along the road.

The hand sanitizer smells amazing. Can't wait to try the honey in my tea tonight

Great place to stop and take pictures with the dinosaurs. We took a lot of silly ones. They have food on the weekends. Great little gift shop, when you walk in it smells amazing. The lavender body lotion is made there. Try it, amazing! I bought hand sanitizers and lavender honey.

If your traveling to Paso Robles or to Pismo Beach .... Make a stop here. You won't regret it. It's nice to see lavender in full bloom. You can take pictures and get close to the lavender bushes. Just be careful , because their are bees swarming around near the lavender bushes. They have a gift shoppe , where you can buy all things lavender. Was looking forward to trying lavender ice cream , but unfortunately wasn't available today. Was looking to try the lavender lemonade , was a little disappointed it came in a glass bottle and not freshly made from a dispenser.

An unplanned stop, but so glad we did it! This place is so darling and the perfect place for a little getaway or a picnic lunch. Their gift shop was so aesthetic and cute, with so many local lavender products. From honey, to seeds, to teas, to bags, they had it all. They also have lavender blueberry ice cream and lavender lemonade, which both are a MUST. The lavender itself was so beautiful to see, walk around in, and to smell. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Hope to see this place get more hype!

Beautiful sit down and smell and next side dog park

I wish I'd read the plethora of negative reviews before buying chicks from this farm. It would have…read moresaved me from a total nightmare. I paid $50-$60 per bird for 5 chickens from Dare 2 Dream Farms because I believed I was buying healthy, responsibly raised animals from a higher-standard, "organic" operation. What arrived was the opposite. The transport box itself already contained bloody stool. Before the birds were even out, there was visible evidence of serious illness. Once inside, it became clear how severe it was. These chickens were emaciated to the point of feeling skeletal, weak, huddling, and not drinking. Within hours they were deteriorating and continuing to pass blood. This was not stress. These were critically ill animals on arrival. For comparison, I also bought 3 new chicks from a different source the day before (costing ~$20 per bird). Those birds were active, chirping, eating, and thriving immediately. The contrast was stark. An independent poultry specialist confirmed what was evident: these birds were severely compromised and had been for some time. This condition does not develop during transport. Beyond the condition of the birds themselves, this created a serious biosecurity risk. I have an established, healthy, happy flock of 13 hens and 3 chicks. Introducing visibly sick birds -- with active bloody stool -- put my entire flock at risk of infection. I had to immediately isolate, treat, and manage the situation as a potential contamination event, spending the next 9 days in intensive, around-the-clock care trying to keep the new birds alive while protecting the rest of my flock. Nightmare and ethical dilemma. The response from the farm made the situation worse. The condition was initially minimized as "normal", then explanations shifted. At the same time, I was repeatedly encouraged to return the birds. I refused. Given their state, I believe they would have died if they had been sent back. They required constant intervention just to stabilize. A partial "goodwill" refund was offered while I was actively managing a severe medical situation, then a full refund was made contingent on returning the birds, and ultimately any refund was revoked. To be clear: 1. Premium price charged for supposedly high-quality birds 2. Birds arrived visibly sick, emaciated, and passing blood 3. Biohazard risk introduced to a healthy flock 4. Condition minimized rather than addressed 5. Pressure to return animals in critical condition 6. Refund offered, then withdrawn This is not a minor issue or bad luck. This is a failure of basic animal welfare and responsible husbandry. I cannot recommend this farm under any circumstances.
