I called upon Carolina once again to amend my estate documents since I sold my home, retired and purchased a new home in Cathedral City. Easy enough of a process we thought to rewrite the new home into my estate. The reality of it all was that the process began in January, 2020 and finally came to an end with documents in hand this past March, 2021. At the time this process began all was good, then Covid 19 hit the world. Carolina now had a challenge dealing with the Covid 19 pandemic, and all the closures that would come with the pandemic. Having to get legal documents recorded by a shutdown Riverside County courthouse, an HOA working with minimal staff, and probably the BIGGEST obstacle the Agua Caliente Band of Indian Board that had to approve this transfer of property to estate status. Carolina handled it so professionally as she worked the process, moving along dealing with all the details. When I asked her to do this legal amendment all I said was, if you need me I'm here.
