I authorized them to come into our back yard if necessary to better access them. As they were leaving our back yard via the side gate, my wife heard a bang and an expletive. We didn't think anything of it at the time, but two days later, we discovered parts of the gate broken off and leaning up against the side of the house right next to the gate. I called the property manager to identify the landscaping company and get their phone number. After calling, they sent the workmen back out to investigate. I showed them the damage and they claimed that they found it that way. After a bit of escalation, they told me that their supervisor would call to work it out. For over two weeks, I have not heard anything even after attempting to follow up both directly and through the property manager. 6/13 UPDATE: I received a follow-up call with an apology and commitment to resolve this. The lack of response was due to some unfortunate and understandable circumstances. I will update my review when appropriate.

Grass always looked great and trimming my 200+ plants/bushes/trees on that property was always professionally done. Since have downsized to a smaller house and yard. Tony and crew came out and removed several invasive trees from a small yard and just completed an awesomely cool water feature with original looking plants, sandstone boulders, big slabs of turquoise quarts (I think) and river rock. Pump flow is adjustable from the bubbler rock and secondary hidden outlet and both streams have a couple different little falls that 'fall' perfectly. Wish I had before pictures, completely different feel in the back yard now from stuffy and overgrown to relaxing and calm.

He was asked to transplant a boxwood but never did. During the job we did not hear from him for days then suddenly would show up with empty promises. My neighbor asked him to replace the rock he moved to do the cement work and he refused. She nicely stated that he had removed it and it was HIS job to replace it. He called her a "bitch"! He then said he was sick of my husband and me because we texted him when he did not show up and just wanted to know his schedule. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. Then when my husband was not home he showed up and said that I was very beautiful and he'd like to see pictures of me 20 years ago. VERY INAPPROPRIATE. He claimed to me that he is the Governor's landscaper and had at one time be in charge of all the the High Tower community, DO NOT HIRE HIM.

As a…read morefollow up on a tree that was diseased with aphids and grubs, he told me to call him back March of this year. I called the end of March and have called 6 times. Both my neighbor and I wanted his services again. He has never called me back despite literally pleading with him on voice mail to do so. The first time I called his brother answered and promised me a call back from Justin the following week. Despite 6 calls, no return call from Justin. No matter how busy, after 6 calls in 5 weeks and no return call, it's just completely unprofessional and downright rude. Don't hold your breath for a return call.

The tree was in distress, so Justin told us he had a treatment solution to inject in the trunk of the tree and he would bring that back to us in March or April. We paid him in advance (which was a grave error) & we tipped him an extra $40 bucks. We have never heard back from him since. We have tried countless times to get a hold of him leaving voice mails and text messages. It's so very sad you can't trust people anymore and we are extremely disappointed that he ripped us off!
