I was very pleased with both service and in my opinion, value. Dropped off my pressure washer because I couldn't get it started. It was more operator error than engine error. Oil had gasoline in it so oil was changed. I was charged for an oil change only. I left with a washer that started and had fresh oil, Nothing more. I was excited to get my lawnmower repaired finally after seeing the glowing reviews. Most of the other lawn equipment repair shops have awful reviews.. but not Billy and for good reason. I will say we had an initial hiccup scheduling my drop off initially, but Billy was in communication and extremely willing to make right on the situation. We're all human at the end of the day, and he went above and beyond after. That night he dropped by, picked up the mower, and was on his way. It took a little time to finally receive my call to come pick up my mower, but he appears to stay super busy, which you understand at pickup. I have to say, he did an amazing job. Fixed the motor not starting after I hit a piece of metal, then did a tuneup and sharpened the blades. I wasn't even sure it was my mower upon arriving, it looked literally brand new! UPDATE*** 8/10 we picked up our Champion generator after paying $286 for service. This was a new generator that was never used but was stored and not started. When we picked it up they had to start the generator up by jumping it. Not cool, as it should've started with the push start and with the supposed service they performed. Brought it home and attempted to start by using the push start and nothing. Once again had to start it by jumping it. It would not pull start at either location. I called 2 days ago and still haven't heard back from Billy. Therefore that's why I'm revising my review and rating. 7/30 - We bought a used generator right before hurricane BERYL From Billy, small engine repair shop. The generator stood up to the task of not having any power for five days. It was a great buy, even though we were skeptical because it was used he, sells great refurbished products. We also left a generator that needed some maintenance done that we need to pick up here shortly, but all in all Billy is a great person to deal with honorable, professional, and friendly; so stop by and pay him and his team a visit before the next disaster strikes. read more

*Will update the review, as necessary. I took my mower in for a much needed service and to repair the spindle. It took just over 2 weeks to get fixed, but I was told when I dropped it off that it might take a little longer due to having to order my spindle replacement. (No problem) The mower has always been a 1-2 pull-start mower, even for the first time of the season. When I picked it up, it started right up. However, during the first mow, after I picked it up, the mower had a hard time restarting when hot. For my 2nd mow after service, a week later, it started right up when cold, but again, had trouble restarting when hot and ar one point I had to wait ~30 minutes to let it cool down before it would start again. When I called to notify Billy, he mentioned that it was probably due to another undiagnosed issue. I mentioned not having this issue previous to getting it serviced, and he suggested replacing the spark plug to see if that was the cause. Not wanting to drive it back down there, I said I'd replace it myself and let him know if that took care of it. (Not complete at the time of this posting.) read more

Let's just say I stumbled on to the lawnmower depot by accident due to my generator malfunctioning at 3:00am Monday morning with no power in the house so it was with the utmost effort to get it running quickly. At this point I tried to find a repair service with no luck because everyone was booked or could not take my generator in fortunately I called Billy he answered and after telling him my problem he informed me to bring it in and he would check it out. On arrival I understood what he was talking about being swamped with work he looked at my machine and told me he would check it out and give me a call once he did a diagnostic.
