Before sending my son to daycare I had so many fears being that I keep up with the news from around the world and the horror stories I hear that goes on at some daycares made me petrified. But being a full time working mom I had no choice but so send my defensive child into the care of people I really didn't know. But after sending my son here for a while, he started to smile immensely when we pull up to all superstars because he knows where we are! That's how I know my sons is safe here! One thing that really made me trust this place with my whole heart is when I went to pick up my son the other day and the teachers had the kids outside and when one of the workers went and picked up my son to hand him to me he just looked into her eyes with the biggest smile on his face and just rested his head on her shoulder. I saw that he felt safe. And that meant the world to me. In turn, my son was absent from the school just one week. Sadly, my father passed away and when I returned to get my son back in class, I was told we could no longer attend the school and that they gave his spot away. Honestly, this school can hardly consider themselves "Christian" as I have never been treated with such inconsideration and disrespect, adding insult to injury. Spare yourselves the trouble. There are actually great Christian Based schools in the Cape that truly implement the word of God.

I sent the voicemail and number to my wife and she returned the call first thing the next business less than 24 hours after the initial call. She was told they spot was no longer available. This frustrated me immensely. I made time and called them back. I spoke to Lays - The assistant director. I expressed the situation..I am on a business trip. You called me at 1000AM and my wife called back the next business day @ 7AM to pay and take the spot. She said Its our company policy to call down the list and not give an allotted amount of time (such as 24 hours to return the call). I said that will not due get me to your director. I spoke to Wendy - the director and she said that it the OWNER's policy to manage the business this way. I told her get me to the owner. She gave me another number to call. advised for her to give my number to the owner as well. I called the number provided and left a two messages with no return. Wendy and Lays also, more than likely, never passed on my number to the owner. The worst thing about this not only do they just go down their waitlist. If they call you and you don't answer (because your more than likely working) They actually remove you from the waitlist in total. We had to call to put her back on the list and there was 22 kids on the list. Thankfully, our number 1 option for a daycare called us as our spot became available. I dont recommend as the owner treats you as a number and teaches her employees to do the same.

We were disappointed in our experience. The director was notified of issues we were having and became defensive. She later denied having been notified of said issues. School lacks structure and teachers often witnessed yelling at the children.

We had…read morerepeatedly expressed our concerns regarding the school, including teachers being distracted by their phones, an unsuitable curriculum for 3-year-olds (excessive worksheets), and significant safety concerns, such as the front office being left unattended, an unlocked door leading directly to the cafeteria, and inadequate playground supervision, among other issues. Unfortunately, the administration dismissed our concerns every time we brought them to their attention. Given the substantial tuition, we felt the educational experience did not justify the cost. We do want to acknowledge the cafeteria staff, who were consistently kind and caring towards the children. However, the administration's lack of organization was concerning, as evidenced by scheduled events being canceled without parent notification, such as Father's Day.
