This is an absolutely wonderful center. My first impression upon arrival was a cheery and pleasant woman named Danielle, who apparently is the Assistant Director. She welcomed me with a warm smile and was quick to engage in my needs. The Center Director, Cathy, was in her office by the front door and immediately walked out to greet me as well. I explained my needs and was offered a tour right off the back. I did come in during a busy time, 4:30pm which is apparently when the pick-up rush begins, but that in no way deterred both ladies from taking the time to understand my needs and talk to me about what they offer. I was amazed that they were able to juggle myself and the parents walking in and out of the lobby. They still greeted everyone who went by and some parents & children even stopped to give hugs and of course retrieve candy from Ms. Cathy's office. Apparently this is the norm. After a few minutes of chit chat, Cathy gave me a tour of the facility leaving Danielle to run the front desk. Let me note that the front lobby was cute, warm and welcoming. They even have an "infirmary" where they allow sick children to come and rest for awhile or until they are picked up by their parents. The next stop on the tour was this AMAZING imagination room. It literally reminds me of a mini version of the Children's Museum downtown. From a fire station, to a police station, a grocery store and even a SLIDE into a ballpit, this two story room was amazing for imaginative playtime. I could definitely see my daughter falling in love with the room. It was seriously so cool. We then proceeded to tour different classrooms. Again, this was a busy pick-up time, but nevertheless each teacher smiled, waved and would invite you into their rooms for a closer look! I understand this is probably because I was obviously on a tour, but it meant so much that even during peak hours everyone was so attentive. Each classroom displayed artwork of its students. The hallways were FILLED with artwork and pages where kids had traced letters and numbers. I mean you can see that the kids are engaging in great work! Note: When I did go back for a second tour a week later with my daughter, the artwork was completely different and showcased that week's curriculum. Again, every room was amazing, they even had a separate room with a smart board or expo board or something I it was called. The kids could do interactive activities. I thought that was really cool as I had never seen one before. The playground is small, but it does have its own splash pad and backs up to a bayou. I liked this because it didn't have homes overlooking your children at play. Overall, this was a very nice center and it made the top of my list immediately. During pickup, I noticed diverse and nice looking families in and out of the building. I can't say enough things about The Learning Experience! I was an absolute nutcase about putting my baby in daycare during a pandemic and I agonized over my choice for months. I walked into The Learning Experience (after hours, with no one there for COVID safety might I add) and instantly had a good feeling. Imani and the entire staff are amazing AND safety/health conscious for their kids! I can't even remember what my kid ate for dinner last night yet somehow they all know her name (literally everyone, not just her teachers), ask how she's feeling (if she has been sick), and tell me how happy they are to see her. A few of my favorite things about the infant room: the teachers (Sabreena and Jaccie are so sweet to my baby), they follow our feeding schedule, they send the BEST pictures , and best of all - the arts and crafts they send home make my day! Imani and Megan are the best directors and treat us like they've known us forever. HIGHLY recommend TLE! read more

We enrolled our son a couple of months before his 2nd birthday. We thought he would have a hard transition due to staying with his grandparents for the first two years of his life. It turned out it was not as difficult as expected. The staff is very friendly and spent time with him to make sure he was comfortable. Three months in now and he is excelling in all of his skills. We are extremely pleased with the staff and the director on site. They go out of their way to make sure our son is cared for and they are very attentive of his needs. He is happy to go to "school" now, and tells us about his day when we pick him up. We could not be any more pleased with the staff or the facility. I would highly recommend TLE in Cypress. read more

The Learning Experience has been the best so far for my son. He has been through so many within 1 year that I almost gave up and stay home with him so that he can get the education he needed to prep him for his real life school experience. From the staffs up front to the teachers in the back, I give them all thumbs up for superior work. Their location is safe. The staffs are genuinely nice/respectful. From what my son tells me everday, the lunch is full of delicious, healthy, tasteful food since he's a very picky eater like most kids. The facility looks clean and smells clean. I am very lucky to have found them. Keep up the excellent job!!! read more

My child has been attending TLE since the beginning of the year. She attends a school nearby so she is transported to/from each day. I never had an issue with a tour as the staff is very accommodating, friendly, and engaging. I believe the negative review in the feed is an isolated incident. If the reviewer "wanted to give them a chance", she would have brought her kids in and allowed them to attend for a day (that's exactly what I did before I decided to enroll my daughter). She would have an accurate and educated viewpoint on the facility. My child is extremely happy here. I highly recommend. read more

We are fairly new to Townelake area and my 2yrs old daughter has already made great little friends in this wonderful place. I absolutely love this school!!! I've had a great experience with all the teachers. They've made it really easy for her to transition to her new environment. They have taught her to Potty Train! Which has made our life easy at home. She's always learning something new every day! I can honestly say; my husband and I can go to work knowing she's in great hands . We love this place! My daughter loves going to school every day and has grown so much both cognitively and emotionally since she started in February. I can tell they do a great job with redirecting behavior in a positive way because she shows me that she understands IF this happens THEN THIS is the result. AND she's only 18 months old! They are teaching her things i could never show her. They even do yoga, and we practice the breathing techniques at home when she is beginning a tantrum. My son has been attending for almost a year now and while there were some lack of or miscommunications at the beginning, we have all really loved the PreK2 teacher, Ms. Meshia and PreK3 teacher Ms. Daljit. They are always active, attentive, and doing tons of activities with the students whenever we drop off or pick up. I feel like after he got acclimated to the school and our new home, he really took off and have made great progress. I really feel like he'll be ready for Kindergarden next year. read more

The staff and teachers here have been very helpful, friendly, and competent, and overall just wonderful. It was an easy transition from a different TLE and I was not charged with a deposit or anything for it since they're in the same franchise. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. In addition, my daughter is currently being fully toilet trained and it has been very easy because her teachers have been working on it with her and keeping her dry. My son started at TLE at 12 weeks old. He is always happy when I bring him and of course happy when he sees me when I pick him up. He is almost 6 months now and he seems to enjoy all of the activities that he does with Mrs Cathrine, Ms Elizabeth, and Ms Jaccie. He enjoys the paint, tummy time and story time. I love this center so much! It is so easily visible that the teachers truly care about my son who is in the preppers classroom. They are always communicating with me and letting me know how he is doing and that's one of my favorite things!
