I feel every place had staffing issues during and after COVID. When issues occur at the school, I felt they have been informative. Teacher have been great and my kiddos seem to like it there. They're always pretty eager to go to class and see their teachers. The teachers keep parents up to date and are welcoming when I drop off my kiddos. Being at work, then getting a surprise photo of my kiddos makes me day! It makes me feel reassured that the kiddos are happy their!

I understand things will happen with toddlers, and that isn't what shapes my opinion of this facility... it is how I was treated after removing my daughter from the facility. When I returned the following day to get my daughter's things and to return the key fobs - the director of the facility (who had previously been very nice), was now rude and icy. I stood in the lobby for a few minutes while someone got our things from the classroom and she didn't even ask how my daughter was doing. You would think that someone in the childcare industry would actually care about THE CHILD. Not here. And don't be fooled by the "schedule" they give you (which indicates circle time or other quieter times) or how they describe the toddler rooms as being 6 kids and 1 teacher... the older toddlers are in a room with 12 kids and 2 teachers. There is no structure, no downtime besides eating and nap time. They just ran around all day. My daughter was there for 3 hours a day and her 6 days at this facility has traumatized her.

He wasn't talking much but after 2 weeks he talks all the time. I like how much communication I have through the app they use, Procare, and the many photos I get all day. Their price is also super fair compared to other places we tried like Creme, which was a great place too, just wasn't the best fit for my son at his age.

She turned 5 just a few days after the kindergarten cut off, and we couldn't do the half-day Pre-K in MPS, so we wanted to find a great place for the alternative. It was so easy getting a time to have a walk through, and the staff was super helpful before we even enrolled. We toured one other place, but got a much better vibe from the people at Kindercare. It was no problem to get enrolled and start her on the date we needed to. She LOVES going to "school" and learns all sorts of things every day! The teachers and staff as so so so awesome. Taylor and Tia are extremely helpful and welcoming every day. Her teacher, Morgan, is so kind and works very hard for and with the kids. She is TOP NOTCH! Betty always makes sure the kids have nice, nutritious meals. The whole staff is just amazing. I love that there is an app that allows Morgan to send photos and updates throughout the day so we know what our little girl is up to that day. They also have a strict policy on who enters the building and can pick up/check out the kids, which is extremely helpful in our particular situation.
