This place is an absolute nightmare! The staff is extremely unprofessional and lazy and neglectful. I have obviously since then put my son into a much better school. My son was in rolled in their school a few months back but I never got around to writing a review. I am highly doubting anything has changed. The teachers are extremely rude I believe her name is Mrs. Alexis. The play areas are very tiny and one of the play areas for the kids is literally a cement slab or 24 kids run around riding minibikes in circles running other kids over and the teachers sit on their a** and do nothing. The first two days, which were the last two days, I stayed while I watched my son get acclimated. Both days my son wasn't just scratched or pushed by another kid he was literally ran over by another kid that was riding a tricycle and the teacher didn't come to his aid even though he was screaming and crying knees scuffed up at Hans scratched four head scratch. I stood there waiting to see if the teacher would respond and she didn't. I had to rush over to my son and pick him up and hold him. I had a sick feeling in my stomach about leaving him there but I had to go to work and I was hoping it was just a one time incident. Obviously it wasn't, the next day while playing on the extremely safe cement slab LOL, my son was injured again and I'm not talking about bumps and bruises he was actually severely pushed by another kid and he slammed his head backwards on the cement slab. This was while I was picking my son up From school so who knows what happened the rest of the day. The teacher seemed extremely frustrated when I asked if she was going to do anything about it. Nothing was done. She dragged my son by his hand into the classroom and wash the dirt off of it and didn't even attend it to his head. My son still want him to be a part of the group cried and wanted to go back outside the teacher said "your mom is here and it's time to leave now! " I pulled him out of school immediately and I did not pay for any of the two week notice craft. I do not recommend the school to anybody. It's dirty and they are extremely neglectful. Also I forgot to mention, I brought my son a brand new backpack and a brand new lunch box for school and they took it upon themselves to write his name in permanent marker on his lunch box and they spelt it wrong. I never asked them to do that, they never apologized for it, who does that? Who does that! STAAAAYYY AWAY! read more

While the staff and teachers here are amazing and my toddler loved it, I think the preschool area needs some work. I took my kids out due to the insane turnover rate with the preschool teachers. I still believe this school has a lot of potential, once they get the right preschool teacher established. read more

Being a new parent its always hard to let go of the child, and my wife has tried several places before coming here, and I have to say I could not have been happier. they have friendly staff that truly care of my child. I remember the owner took me around and showed me the place before we joined spent over two hours answering all our questions, . basically if you need a place where you know your child is safe with attentive staff I could not recommend anywhere else. read more

This preschool/daycare took a day to get back to me after I filled out their "online inquiry" then informed me that they do not provide any tuition pricing over the phone but, they can set up an appointment for me to come in so they can show me why they charge what they do. (No thanks, I've been in sales long enough to know that pitch.) You can always give them your budget and they'll tell you if they are close or not. No thanks...found another place in town with just as good reviews that were VERY welcoming and straight forward. read more

My daughter loves this school. She is happy when she gets dropped off in the mornings. The school is kept very clean, and they have alot of fun and learning activities throughout the day for the little ones. I am very pleased with this school and the teachers are great as well. read more

My daughter has been attending TLE since she was a year old in the infant room with Miss. Helinka. We immediately fell in love with the teacher and how clean and sterile the room was. All the babies looked happy, comfortable and well cared for. My daughter is now with Ms. Carrie and Ms. Holly and she can't get enough of them. She adores them. The two work together so well. They are very passionate about the children's arts and crafts and are so patient with the children. They are constantly hugging and kissing them. I love how they are always reading to the children and the room has such a relaxed feeling thanks to these two wonderful ladies. I'm grateful for all they do for my daughter and our family. As a working mom, it breaks my heart to leave my baby girl in someone else's care every morning. I feel like I will miss witnessing the most precious moments of her childhood. Thanks to the teachers at the day care center. They do understand how much we as parents miss our kids. They keep me updated about the highlights of my daughter's days. I receive texts and photos of her, during the day which I wouldn't want to miss. These updates brighten up my day and keep me at ease. My daughter is in the hands of teachers who are extremely caring and most importantly who make sure to include me in the moments I'd never want to miss. read more

My fifteen month old daughter has been going to TLE for around 3 months. It's been really great so far. My daughter loves coming here in the morning. All of the teachers and staff are really friendly. Even my mother commented on how nice TLE is. It makes it easier to drop my daughter off every day knowing that she's well taken care of. The only thing I wish, is if the keychain door scanner was automatically linked to your child so you wouldn't have to sign in twice. But it's not that big of a deal. read more

The staff at the Learning Experience are great and they took great care of my niece Ariya. They are very attentive and bonded quickly with her, we noticed she's very happy and excited to go to the day care everyday. The staff is great about giving information on the kids everyday( like there nap times, what they ate, etc). The place is very clean and well organized. read more

I am so confused by these reviews. My son has been going here for 2 + years. Sure we've had some issues but they were immediately addressed by the staff. My son has been scratched by other kids but since they weren't life threatening there's no reason to have them call me, otherwise I might be annoyed by the amount of calls. These are kids they don't live in bubbles and accidents will happen. I wish I got paid for my reviews it would make life easier. However my son currently knows sign language for several words, is being potty trained, has boundaries being set. Yup this place is horrible lol. No place is perfect but when my son knows almost the entire staff and they know him. That's when I know his best interests come above all else. Sure it's expensive and rightfully so, my son is my life and if I felt my needs as a parent weren't being met he'd be gone from there in a heartbeat with no notice. read more

My son Zayne has been attending for over 6 months now and he is always either happy or tired when I pick him up. I can get stuff done at home after I pick him up when he is sleepy n naps after school from his eventful day. I am so thankful for all the wonderful staff. Entering your child into daycare can be frightening, but the staff is what makes the difference. They are helpful when picking up or dropping him off, even recommending suggestions to help him remain comfortable with eating and sleeping patterns. I am so glad I found out about this place and picked this place for my son to remain safe, active, social, and artistic when at school and I am busy working. I don't have to worry! He is in great hands!! They do activities with the all the kids and have events for families to interact in too that I absolutely adore.... Outside summer big screen movie night, Hawaiian Lual, birthday bashes with bouncers etc. It's definitely a community friendly place for kids and families with their staff. Love, Love, Love this facility. It is clean and has policies to help children stay healthy and safe. The curriculum is outstanding, the smart board and curriculum designed for it is a favorite with my child and there are so many other hands on and terrific learning materials available. Of course my most favorite would be the kind and loving staff, they are truly there for the children and even make me feel good as a parent. My daughter had been going there for almost two years. While her teachers have been extremely caring and top notch, the administration and management have been extremely problematic. The current director, Pam, is wonderful, however, it seems like the owner, Mona, is a micro-manager and ties Pam's hands. Mona treats her staff poorly which has caused extremely high teacher turnover. Today, she just let go my daughter's wonderful and caring teacher supposedly because she couldn't afford her anymore. When I approached her to express my concern she basically told me that my daughter doesn't go there anymore and that it isn't any of my concern. The teachers are great but I strongly suggest going elsewhere due mostly in part to the owner, Mona. read more

Sadly, our time with TLE has ended. What was once a wonderful and happy place for our daughter (and son) to attend has become riddled with drama and inconsistency. In recent months, the only consistency has been the high turnover rate. While the teachers here are loving and fantastic, they unfortunately are not given the support they need from upper management. My daughter's teacher, who was one of the reasons we stayed, was let go.This woman is one of the most caring and amazing teachers a child could ever have. What was once a great place with so much potential has now become a disappointment. read more

Words cannot express how thankful I am for TLE. My daughter started here at 6 months old and now she's almost two- she's made wonderful friends, she's learning and growing. Anytime I have any questions or concerns- Evelyn, Marlene and Mona are always willing to help me. Mona, the owner is like a fresh breath of air. She is so happy and delightful- she really loves our children and wants what's best for them. As for the teachers- Ms. Holly, Ms. Carie, Ms. Shaheen, and Ms. Amy are all so loving and patient. Taking care of toddlers is not an easy job but they make it look so easy! I can't thank any of them enough for the love, compassion and knowledge they give my daughter every day. I've walked by the classroom and have seen Ms. Holly reading a story and laughing with my daughter or just singing together or Ms. Carie buying the Frozen's "Let it go" song and playing it over and over just to make the girls happy- this means so much to me! My daughter is the love of my life. Knowing she is being well taken care of, loved, making life long friends, and learning is priceless. I highly recommend TLE. read more
