We love the TLE! We have been with TLE since my daughter was a baby. As for Wesley Chapels location, My daughter attended in the 3 year old program as well as VPK! She graduated last year and has since moved on to kindergarten but she still talks about her "bubbles school" referring to the mascot and loves coming in school breaks. My son is almost 6 months old and has been in the infant classroom since he was 6 weeks old! The infant teachers are kind loving and attentive! I don't know who hired their management, but it was a poor decision. I've been charged incorrectly for the second time. When I call them, I'm met with attitude, especially from Diane. DIANE, STOP CHARGING MY CARD. My child left your school in August. Just because I reserved a spot for my daughter by paying $150 doesn't mean you have the right to charge me, especially since she never attended. Charging people's accounts without their consent can lead to legal actions, thats for your future reference. read more

I have two children that go to / have gone to TLE my oldest just graduated vpk and I have a 2 almost 3 year old. I can't say enough good things about the school and the teachers theyve had. Both girls are so loved there and learning new stuff everyday. They love going to school and my youngest asks on the weekends to go because she misses her teachers! read more

My son has been going to this Daycare since he was 18 months old and we left our previous one. I came into The Learning Experience explaining what happened to my son at the previous daycare and from his classroom teachers Ms. Yanis and Ms. Jacquina, to the teachers at drop off Ms. Crystal and Ms. Page to office staff Ms. Sam, Ms. Diana, Ms. Jen, and Ms. Stacia have all worked with me to make his experience at the center the best. My son does not have trouble at drop off, and sometimes at pick up isn't ready to end his day. He is in the twaddlers class and should be moving up soon. It is difficult finding child care, however, I am happy he attends the learning experience and has had a good experience. The teachers and staff communicate well with his father and I and we have built a great relationship with them. Ms. Stacia as the center director also makes sure her staff are well trained and informed in a variety of different areas that can impact a family. A huge thank you to the Learning Experience team because our previous daycare center, the owner, and the director did not give us much hope when it came to finding a new center. I would recommend the center to anyone looking for child care. read more

I wouldn't recommend and I really hate saying that. I was hesitant to write the review but I would hate for any parent to have the same difficulty I had with my toddler there. The environment feels like a pediatrician office and most of the ladies are nice but there's just something off about the place. Horrible option for my 4y! After three weeks with no accidents... they in just one day allow my 4y old to pie on himself three time in three hours doing VPK program and they forgot my son in the bathroom were he poop and had time to paint the bathroom with is own poop!! I was called to the office that same day to heard about my son three hours. Nothing good about him. After all they did to him!!! They don't have time to invest on my son?! 3 seg to ask him to go pee and watch him on bathroom?! I'm disappointed with them. They don't care about our kids! I saw kids sleeping on the floor. No mattress! They never took the kid back to the mattress! They care about the money they make on them! Be careful I trust them before because everyone was nice. But real they don't Care. Ms Karen looks nice. Only looks! My son almost have a heart attack from crying soon he saw her! My son is now in Creative World and no pee accidents and no trouble at all! He is improving every day. For any Parent/Guardian that is looking for a place to send your child for child care or just for VPK Please read this! Let me start by saying I have no personal interest in this specific center I am just a mother of 5 kids giving an HONEST/PERSONAL experience review. I have been looking for a center that accepts the state free VPK vouchers and after the horrible experience I had with my daughter last year at the Kid's R Kids here in Wesley Chapel I didn't have much hope! Then I see the big blue elephant and I stopped in and got a tour and was very impressed! The staff was friendly and they all seemed to really enjoy the children. I have personally never seen The Learning Express before and did not know what to expect, but never in my wildest dreams could I have imaged such a great place they really have thought of everything I feel. I should also mention I have worked in child care since I was 16 year old and even with the places I have worked at and been to for trainings I have never seen such a well thought out place! Here are some highlights I have found so far: 1. They offer two different times for the free VPK: Mornings 8:15am to 11:30am Afternoon 12:15pm to 3:30pm 2. They offer discounts to Government employees ( I always prefer places that pay it forward) 3. They send home a book at the end of the month that shows what my child has been working on and it also has a weekly evaluations conducted by their teacher letting me know where my son is thriving and where he may need extra help. 4. They are one of the few centers that have drop care options and they also have a Parents Night Out that any parent can take advantage of. (I know there is a place on SR 56 that offers drop care but it wasn't long ago that they had a child get out and was found by an employee at the one furniture stores within the parking lot I am sure they have taken action but still concerns me) I am not sure if any others offer this but I do find it a nice option. 5. My son loves to go and my son is hard to impress Yes he is 5 but he has ADHD and Chronic OCD which at times can make things difficult for him as well as others. He LOVES his class and has a special bond with the director there Mrs. Theresa (hopefully I spelled it right). For my son that's truly something special as it usually takes a while for him to open up and really care about someone. She and I have had several talks about him and she has been so helpful in giving me piece of mind in leaving him which is very hard for me to start with. 6. They have an app called TLE and I get pictures of my child daily doing various things. I love seeing what he's doing and it makes me feel more a part of his time away from me! I am most definitely one of those moms who hates being away from my kids especially him because he does have melt downs at times and can be very emotional. One of the days I went to get him he was having what I call our rough days and I did let them know that he was having a rough day and they could call me and I would come back and get him but I do always try to make sure that he tries and does his best and on this day I came to pick him up and saw him sitting in the hallway with Mrs. Theresa my first thought was is he okay my second was how happy I was to see that she took time out of her busy schedule to sit and talk with him and she didn't just rush to call me or just sit him in a room and wait for me to pick up but she was down next to him on the floor doing just as I would do and talking to him and making sure he knows it's okay to be upset and feel your feelings but we have to do it productively as a mom I could not have been happier to walk in and see this! I know she is busy I see her always running around doing this and that which is I am sure her job but she goes above and beyond for sure! All the staff that I have seen and come into contact with blow me away I feel like you can just tell if people are doing a job for money or because they love what they do and I can say that the staff there seems to enjoy their jobs which has such a positive impact on the kids that are there! 7. They have two main areas of play for the children. There is a nicely done outside area that has a splash pad and gated off areas for the different age groups! I really like that they have the artificial grass making it safer for and less likely of creepy crawls and I am sure makes it easier for them to keep it clean as well. Then they have the room inside "Make Believe Boulevard" I think that's the name of it but in that room there is a slide that goes to a ball pit and this is by far my sons favorite place to play and they go on Fridays and they go in there if they are unable to go to the outside one for any reason. I really feel this place has thought of it all for sure! 8. I love that my son never comes home saying we did nothing or we just did crafts. Their facility is appealing to the eyes and clean however that means little to nothing when it comes to the lack of care for my child. I removed my 2 year old within 1 week of enrollment. I was told my daughter had a fever of 102° and needed to be picked up urgently. Upon my arrival my baby was on the playground in the hot sun. The director was unapologetic, unsympathetic and unprofessional. I felt like no one cared for my child's wellbeing. No one showed any concern for her. After speaking with the director's superior I am told she's an outstanding professional and that she apologized to the owner for her carelessness. Yet my child was treated like a stepchild. There wasn't any apology towards my child. Why wasn't TLE's sick child policy followed for my child? Only thing I could think of is it's due to color of our skin. We will not return and will definitely make others aware. I am deeply saddened by this. read more

I absolutely love TLE! I have twin 2.5 year olds that are in the Preppers class full time. They were previously at a school that was chaotic and stressful and they were having issues every day, so I was nervous about how they'd do in a new school. It has been wonderful and they love it. When my boys met the director, Ms. Theresa, they formed a bond with her and she made their transition into the school so smooth and easy. To this day they go into school every morning and give her a hug before they start their day. The teachers are amazing and really go above and beyond to form relationships with the kids and learn their personalities and way of learning. My one son is getting speech and behavior services, and they are so good with being patient with him. They truly care about the children, and it makes me feel so comfortable knowing my children trust them. Since my kids started at TLE they have made huge leaps in their development and I couldn't be happier. This is not a daycare, it is a school, and everything my kids are learning is so integral to their growth and for when they go into vpk. I highly recommend this school to anyone needing a daycare, because not only do they care for your children, they form the foundation of their education! Plus the app they use is amazing, they send updates for their activities, eating and potty and send multiple pictures every day. I'm so happy with this school! read more
