But soon enough, I started to feel comfortable with the caring staff, and my daughter--now a college student--still remembers them fondly. Now, years later, my niece (kindergarten) and nephew (toddler class) attend Great Beginnings. It's so heartwarming to see that some of the same wonderful staff are still there after all this time. Our family has had such a positive experience over the years. We love that Great Beginnings provides breakfast, lunch, and supper, along with a weekly music class and dance class. One of my favorite things is attending the Christmas, Halloween, and Graduation performances--seeing my niece and nephew on stage is always such a joy. I'm truly happy that our family continues to be a part of the Great Beginnings community!

The staff is warm, loving, and truly invested in the children's development. we have built a great rapport with Keelan as well as the each of my daughters teachers. My daughter has been attending for 2 years and has learned so much, from social skills to academics. She will soon be entering her third year and now my second daughter will be starting this summer as well. They have a fantastic, play-based curriculum and always keep us updated with daily reports. The facility is clean and safe, and the teachers truly treat the kids like family. We always feel at ease leaving our child here. That to me is a reflection that teachers are treated well and they are not spread thin. Also I was able to bring food from home, so I could have him have the food I wanted him to have with ingredients I know. He loved all the art and music classes. People at the reception desk know all kiddo's name and parents. Their pairing for teachers for each class was good too. When you learn the dynamics, you can tell it was not just a random placement. Big shout out to Ms Erika, Ms Joyce, Ms Courtney, Ms Kim and Ms Naomi! We were so happy to have you guys in his early life.

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!…read more This review is long overdue, but deeply heartfelt. Our family has been part of the Tutor Time Santa Clarita community for the past four years, beginning in Summer 2021 when our daughter joined the Toddler program at just 1.5 years old. Since then, she has grown through the Two's, Preschool, and Preschool Prep programs, and currently attends the TK after-school program and Spanish Immersion classes. Now, our youngest--just 8.5 months old--has also joined the Tutor Time family in the Infant Care program. Where do we even begin? What stands out most is the genuine warmth and care that the teachers and staff provide to each child. The teachers truly strive to bring out the best in every student, recognizing each child's unique personality and learning style, and gently challenging them according to their readiness. We especially appreciated the attentiveness of our daughter's Toddler and Two's teachers, who noticed when she was ready for new challenges and worked closely with leadership to transition her into the next level as soon as she was potty-trained at around 2.5 years old. Unlike some other schools, Tutor Time understands that each child develops at their own pace, and they tailor transitions based on individual readiness rather than rigid age cutoffs. Tutor Time also offers a variety of enriching elective programs. Over the years, our daughter has participated in yoga, Spanish, and karate--experiences that have added so much joy and variety to her school day. She now continues to grow in her Spanish Immersion classes after school. As first-time parents, choosing a daycare and early education center was daunting. We visited eight different schools before confidently enrolling at Tutor Time Santa Clarita. We were drawn to their STEM-based curriculum and emphasis on meaningful early learning--not just childcare. When our baby began Infant Care at 4 months old, his teachers immediately began guiding him through important milestones--tummy time, circle time, music and singing, story time, and even early art activities. It has been reassuring to see his development nurtured so thoughtfully. The live camera feeds in each classroom offer added peace of mind, allowing us to check in throughout the day. The photos and occasional videos that the teachers send are such a gift--little moments that brighten our workday and make us feel connected. Beyond the classroom, Tutor Time hosts numerous fun and engaging events for families. From holiday celebrations to Literacy Nights and Trunk or Treats, these events create a strong sense of community and have even welcomed our friends and neighbors. (In fact, a neighbor's child discovered a favorite book during Literacy Night!) The entire staff at Tutor Time works as a caring, cohesive team. Many teachers know students across various age groups, which reflects how cross-trained and supportive they are. We truly believe it takes a village to raise a child, and we are so grateful to have found our village here. Special thanks to Miss Angie, the amazing director who knows each child by name and is clearly beloved by students and families alike. The constant parade of kids stopping by her office just to say hello speaks volumes. To all the teachers and staff at Tutor Time Santa Clarita--thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You've played such an important role in our children's growth and happiness. We are truly grateful and extend our sincerest thanks and aloha to all of you.

Compared with the previous 2 daycare, we are super happy and satisfied for this daycare. Ms Shirley, the director and her team are always approachable, detailed (this is the only daycare that I even never lost a single sock, no other daycare could be like that), know every kid's situation. She is also flexible and always thinking in child and family's perspective. I work far away and occasionally late to pick up my daughter, Ms Shirley will stay there and wait for me...I feel so lucky to send my daughter here. It's an institutionalized daycare center but as warm as a family. I will one hundred percent to send my second baby here. Last but not least, compared with the high quality care, the price is super affordable. Ms. Shirley run this center smart which could avoid unnecessary cost and lower the price. Moreover, considering the general high turnover rate of daycare, this daycare's turnover rate is pretty low and Ms. Shirley could always find good teacher on time to make sure all the kid has high level and same standard care all year around. Highly recommend this daycare with my whole heart!
