Transaction was smooth but the dealership never provided us the IRS Form 15400 Clean Vehicle Seller Report that we need to finish filing taxes. Ive called, emailed, and visited this place multiple times and they always say "we'll get back to you soon" and then don't hear anything. I didnt realize its that hard for a business to help customers with a single 1-2 page form that literally lists the vehicle details, date sold, and the sale amount. Probably takes 2 minutes of your time. Ill remove this review once somebody can actually help me.

After four years of owning my Cadillac, the level of incompetence and attitude here is honestly shocking for a luxury brand. The current GM's behavior was the worst part. Instead of acting like a professional, she raised her voice, used profanity, and spoke to me in a completely disrespectful way. It was rude, aggressive, and embarrassing for a dealership that represents Cadillac. The leadership and staff at this place need a serious reset, because the way customers are treated here is unacceptable. Cadillac corporate should seriously look at what's going on at this dealership.
