He helped us test drive a Q8 and even had both of us try the SQ8 when he saw us looking at it in the showroom. Audi Beverly Hills Review Let me share my experience with Audi Beverly Hills. The first time I bought a car here, the experience was great. That positive experience is the only reason I returned for a second purchase. Unfortunately, the second time was completely different. About a week after taking delivery of my car, I received a bill from Audi Financial stating that I owed money for tire wear. This came as a complete shock. At the time of purchase, my salesperson clearly told me that everything was fine, the car was under mileage, the tires were acceptable, and that I owed nothing beyond my down payment. I relied on that representation in good faith. Not only was the bill incorrect, but other promises made during the sale--such as window tinting--were never fulfilled. Since then, I have tried to resolve this issue by speaking with multiple people at the dealership. I received little to no response. I even retained an attorney, and Audi Beverly Hills did not respond to my attorney either. To make matters worse, the car has been in the shop repeatedly and may qualify as a lemon. Meanwhile, Audi Financial is pursuing a balance that should be the responsibility of Audi Beverly Hills, not mine. This is a beautiful dealership with very poor follow-through. The lack of accountability, communication, and honesty is disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to get everything in writing and be extremely careful. read more
