She recently visited her family but was allowed to return back to the facility to test positive for Covid 19. There are nine cases of people testing positive due to this one resident. Staff tried reasoning with management but no resolution. Please have someone of authority to give this facility a call before residents and staff become more affected. This is considered a hazardous environment and not safe.

if you are looking for someone to kill your loved ones then choose here. the staff is not licensed…read moreand the food is not nutritional and mainly canned food. my mother died in this home and i saw on the camera, i had placed in the room, the caregiver, heidi pushing on my moms stomach so hard. she even removed her from the bed and pushed on my 90lb. mom's stomach over and over till she died. i asked what happened as my mom was alive after she was fed. the caregiver comes back in less than 30 minutes and then she asked what happened and starting pushing hard on my mom's stomach. thhs investigated and found out they were in violation for taking in patients that needed advanced care and the facility was not suitable. jo vu and his wife dr. jessica feng run this place and another home, but hardly ever come around to check on the facility and leave things up to these non licensed caregivers. stay away! they killed my mom and i will never stop trying to get them closed down!!

Marilyn was supposed to be a super nanny who helps a sick person go to the Hosptial and shop and clean etc. instead she actively found ways to make things worse. She broke things and lost things and once I was choking by the sink and she just kept chopping vegetables as if nothing happened. Couldn't care less. Finally she tried to sell me her bracelet because she needed money but wouldn't say why. Constantly depressed, negative and shady. Even the plants did better when I asked her to stop watering them. I asked her to leave and never come back once I realized I am finally strong enough to manage without her.
