Super disappointed with level of professionalism and customer service. I had an initial consultation and was advised my case was preliminarily approved. I provided all of the requested information, then it was crickets. Each attempt to contact someone led to them to tell me my case couldn't be reviewed until they got the 10 work orders I had estimated during my intake. I told them there were only 8 previously and 1 pending because the vehicle is at the shop getting a new transmission. Car has been there a month. I was just notified that my case was not accepted because I didn't send in the work order, so it wasn't even evaluated. It's been over almost a year since I brought my case to these people. I've gone through a ridiculous amount of case workers, and it takes them forever to get back to me every single time I would email them requesting information regarding my case. Finally, after fighting for what seems like absolutely forever, the papers are signed and the car is gone. I received a call the following day, and when I asked questions regarding the timeline and specifics, I was condescendingly asked if I read the surrender paperwork. Yes, I did, and wouldn't you know it.. wasn't anywhere in there! I suggest you read your own paperwork before being snotty with customers. It wouldn't have really mattered if it was in there, anyway, because they will tell you one thing and then it will change the next time you call or email about it. I gave them two stars instead of one because they actually "pulled some strings" and got me a surrender date when I told them my car was finally about to be towed. I have yet to see a penny from the case, so I can't confirm any of this is even real at this point, but I still have a glimmer of hope that I can finally move on with my life.
