I located this law firm through a simple google search and let me tell you, it was the best decision I've ever made. I was reluctant and skeptical at first because not once have I ever thought of pursuing a litigation. I couldn't be happier! I was not expecting much honestly. I had trouble with my car and because I had a warranty, the warranty covered the work. I had to pay a small deductible every time I brought it in to be serviced, so it was definitely an inconvenience but it wasn't breaking the bank. I bought a Subaru in 2017 and after a year, the check engine light kept coming on and metal shavings were in the oil for pretty much all of 2018. There were times my car would be in service for a month. Meanwhile, I'm paying over $500 a month in car payments and car insurance while not being able to drive the car. I had a warranty, so The Lemon Lawyers took my case. Eventually, after a year, Subaru fixed my car and I kind of forgot I was in a lawsuit with them, honestly. What the other people said about not hearing from the lawyers is true, and I figured I no longer had a case bc my car had been fixed and running smoothly for over a year. Great service from the moment I called in. Left an inquiry on their page, and figured I'd give them a call too. My Nissan's CTV transmission was giving me a few problems, and after 3 repairs I had enough dealing with the dealership. The staff were up front with me from the first conversation. I didn't have to pay a dime since manufacture had to cover all attorney fees and cost under the CA Lemon Law separate from my settlement. I received an eventual buyback under the law and returned the car back to the manufacturer.
