Called to schedule an appointment for newborn. On the phone, they ask insurance type which I provided. Appointment scheduled over the phone and I receive a text stating that I need to submit a copy of the insurance which I do. Appointment confirmed via text. I arrived at the office and they asked if I was paying out of pocket. I said I provided it via text. They said, "we sent you a text stating that we don't accept that insurance." I'm looking at the text, no text ever sent. I said they did not. They also asked me over the phone what insurance my newborn had, and proceeded to schedule the appointment. If I was out-of-network, wouldn't you have told me then on the phone and not went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Being out-of-network seems rather important. Why would you send something like that over a text message? That seems like something warranting a call (especially considering you shouldn't have booked the appt initially). But front office doesn't do that because they're rude and lazy. As I'm walking out the door and looking at the text messages between the office and myself, the front office girl then back talks and says, "oh we definitely sent a text." Avoid the lazy, incompetent front office they have employed.

They didn't run any tests. Then, I couldn't even pick them up for days because they never talked to his insurance about authorizing the prescriptions, meanwhile my son is miserable every night and is struggling to breathe. Then, I took him to an urgent care and they were able to tell me what was wrong with him within 15 minutes after running a couple tests and looking at/ listening to him. They were then able to bill his insurance immediately & give him the medication. I will be changing pediatricians, I was really hoping this office would work for us after looking at the good reviews but we, unfortunately, had a bad experience.
