They will come to your home if you can't get to them and their technicians do a very professional, thorough job. More recently when my daughter was exposed to lice I called Liz at 5pm and she had someone at my house that night. I am a lunatic when it comes to lice and Lice Treatment Center has been wonderful. Liz has talked me off the ledge and is incredibly responsive! Their technicians walk you through the treatment and what you need to do. Most importantly your fear/stress is allayed when one of their technicians tells you that you or your child has combed clean (no bugs or nits) because that person has done a careful and thorough comb out. This is the only place to call when you have a lice crisis! They are available 24/7 and truly do respond quickly. They will travel outside their primary area to perform home treatments. I suspected that my daughter had lice but wasn't sure. I called the Lice Treatment Center at 9:30pm and Liz responded to me immediately. We talked about my concerns (I wasn't sure if what I was seeing was lice or not) and she had someone come to my house by 9am the very next day. Liz was very patient and understanding (I think she could tell I was in a panic). The Lice Treatment Center is an amazing business. We discovered lice in our family on a Sunday morning and they wasted no time getting out to our house to start the treatment process. The technicians are knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. They spent as much time as was needed to treat our family and our close family friends who were also affected. Our care didn't end with the initial treatment. We were instructed on how to continue the treatment, how to report it to the schools, how to deal with the social aspects and how to treat the house as well. There were detailed follow up checks and re-treatment where needed. The natural products they sell are wonderful. Thank heavens for Lice Treatment Center. When half of my daughter's eight bridesmaids thought they had lice after the bachelorette party, the owner of lice Treatment Center, Liz, arranged a group check and treatment at the center the next day-just one day before the big day. The lice technicians checked everyone in the bridal party (all the bridesmaids, the bride-to-be and even me, the mother of the bride). Fortunately, only 4 had lice and were treated. What a relief. The Lice Treatment Center saved my weekend. I was leaving on Saturday morning very early and I realized I had lice Friday at 6pm! LTC had a technician at my house an hour later on Friday evening. The technician checked my head and the rest of my family. The entire time she did it, she explained what the process was and why. It was very convenient. Well worth every penny! Now, I use Jolis Cheveux Daily prevention shampoo and conditioner and the Leave-In-Tonic (leave-in-conditioner) to thelp prevent head lice. It smells wonderful and natural and fresh. I found The Lice Treatment Center in Monroe to be VERY helpful. My daughter had head lice and since I was not able to check myself thoroughly I called and made an appointment for me. They told me I could go in that same day, but due to work I could not make it until the next morning. LTC has been amazing to work with. They sent a technician to my house the night of a snowstorm, she was so great with us and our kids. Everything was well explained, we really felt like we had some control in all of the craziness.
