As a licensed therapist myself, I believe that what is taught in "mainstream therapy" are half answers to partial equations, a lot of "putting out fires" and fluffy symptom relief. What Samantha brings to clients is a way to sustainably extinguish these fires for good and help clients move into joy and abundance. Her approach actually merges many of the "mainstream counseling" models and theories that are in the mental health field (such as CBT, Narrative, Gestalt, Experiential and Positive Psychology) but I feel that she kicks them up a notch, helping clients rewrite their trauma narratives, take back power and control over their lived experiences and can even integrate any belief system. Her approach is hard core in that it gets to the root of the pain or problem at its core and quickly I might add.
