An old woman there told me no specials unpleasantly. She told me their starting price was $39.99/sf and sat in her chair without moving and showing me anything during my visit. I mentioned some competitors were advertising $29.99 and $35/sf and wondered if she would like to match. She said no and told me rudely "I am in charge in this place and I set the pricing". In our conversation, she raised her voice like she was in a fight. It was absolutely a terrible customer experience for me.

Cackler's is a place to make amazing memories with loved ones. The farm smells amazing. When I went the weather was absolutely beautiful. The sun was shining and the weather was not terribly cold. The line was long to wait for the sleds and saws. You can bring your own to save on time waiting in line. Dogs are welcome, as long as they stay on the leash. It is fun to walk around the farm to find the perfect tree. Once you find it you get to cut it down and take it home for the holidays. Cackler's offers tree shaking, netting, and drilling for an extra cost. I can see this easily becoming a tradition for my family too!
