Over the years they have done winterization and inevitably the back-flow explodes over the winter and needs to be replaced. Obviously the system wasn't winterized properly. They were never bad enough to look elsewhere and convenient enough, so I let it go. This past winterization trip I could tell that the technician had missed several zones as my phone alerts me in real time as to when a zone runs. When I went to talk to the tech and mention he had missed a few zones, he started slamming things in his truck. He was angry with me - why would I have zones disabled!? The order was for five zones?! That zone doesn't show up on my phone!!! I was aghast. Huffing, puffing and slamming the air hose around, the tech reconnected and blew out much of the same zones again yet not some of the ones I mentioned he missed. Later the tech texted me that he isn't "usually short" and apologized. Thanks, I guess. I immediately emailed the main office and their response was to get me scheduled two weeks out to have it redone by another tech. No apology. No explanation. No back pedaling. No mention of having addressed it with the employee. I told them to forget it and I would look elsewhere. At that point I got an apology for the "miscommunication". There was no miscommunication. Their technician was simply out of control and over the line over nothing. There are so many irrigation companies, it's not worth the heartburn to deal with whatever is going on here.

Scott and his crew were not only able to fit us in but did such a great job. We have lots of landscaping and flowers surrounding our house and the crew took such great care to protect all of it. They even moved pots out of the immediate area and replaced them, I wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't caught it on my doorbell camera. I asked them to include the chimney since it needed some attention, it looks better than it did when I moved in 15 years ago. I included a before and after photo of the dark stains that were washed away so you can see for yourself. What really put this company over the top is they treated a sun shade that had moss and mildew and it looks like new. My house always has green due to the plants and overhanging trees, not anymore! Unfortunately, I did not. I spoke on the phone with someone named Mike in April about a couple of different issues I had with my basement. He said they were too busy at the time to come out and look at it and that what they usually do is install a sump pump. I told him I wasn't sure that was what I needed without checking a couple other things first, but he said again they were too busy for anyone to come out, that I likely needed a sump pump system installed, and that it could run from a few to several thousand dollars. That's fine, I imagine they are swamped in the spring and I have an idea what those systems cost if, in fact, that's what I needed. No problem. Fast forward to August. I called back to see if someone could come out to look at my situation. Left a message with Nicole and I got a call back from Mike (maybe the same Mike, maybe not...I believe he said "Stearns") and we set an appointment for a few days later. Well, he never showed up, never called, nothing. Rogers may be the absolute best in town, but I'll never know it. I feel like I was blown off twice. I'm sure if they see this they'll be very apologetic on here and tell everyone that's not how they do business, but it was exactly how they did it with me. Maybe you'll be luckier and get the owner.

This was our first sump pump, so they had to do everything, not just the pump(put the ditch around the basement, lay inside drain line,cover it back up, dig ditch to street, lay the drain from the basement out to the street, cover it up). They were very considerate of our house, covering the floor path to the work area and placing plastic over the doorways from the section of the basement they were working in. The concrete work covering the ditch up after the inside drain was installed was very neat. Great job! Highly recommended!

Plenty of calls wanting to schedule 'free quote', but nobody wanting to answer warranty questions.

They draped everything (including what we had already draped ourselves), cut away minimal drywall to access the walls, swept up every day and left the place clean at the end of the job. They even fixed the radon mitigation issue that started the whole process of waterproofing the basement. Haven't had to run the dehumidifier at all and the basement smells better. Recommend highly.

If you call one of those corporate companies with TV commercials, dedicated sales guys and clean fancy corporate logo trucks, expect to pay double or triple what Kapp charges. Kapp showed up in person the same day I called and walked me through the process. They confirmed that my service line was leaking (water perculating up next to my house!). They showed me what needed to be moved temporarily (a few basement items by water meter, some landscaping rocks, a tree limb). They gave me a time and date for the job that was a mere two days after my phone call. They showed up on time. They were careful with my property, even putting down a tarp for the excavated dirt. They showed me what they were doing each step of the way and didn't mind my curiousity... A new line was spliced in, stronger than the original. They contacted the city for required inspection. After city approval the Kapp crew refilled the hole and returned things to normal. Work was completed in 4-5 hours which included waiting for city inspector.
