All other urgent care clinics and walk-in clinics turned us away because they were too busy giving covid tests to everyone and not prioritizing actual medically necessary attention for wounds/injuries. The staff here were superb, and even tho we had to wait a little while, it was totally worth it because we got the right amount of attention and care for my child's needs. Everyone there were super professional and the beside manner for both the nurse and nurse practitioner was excellent. They sent over the needed scripts immediately and we were able to pick them up before the pharmacy closed. Saved us a trip to Baptist ER in Covington, we didn't need an ER visit, but it could have ended up that way had the RedMed not been able to see him. We had previously been to the Arlington location a year ago, while the visit wasn't a bad one, the insurance and billing was somewhat of a nightmare. Hoping they have sorted that all out and won't have the same issues from this visit. We will def. be back if we need urgent care again. Thank you RedMed for making us feel valued and important!

For starters they sent my child's medication to the wrong pharmacy that we have never used . That pharmacy didn't have the meds in stock . I called up there first thing and was told they would send it to the right place . I get to the pharmacy and they don't have her script . So I call back . I'm immediately put on hold for 20 minutes and then it hung up on me. I call right back and no one answers . No , I could not leave a message because the mailbox is full . So I call again and talk to reception AGAIN. I'm immediately placed on hold for another 20 minutes . Finally someone gets to the phone and says "they sent the script" I said no , the pharmacy does not have it. Can you please go make sure because my child really needs their meds. Finally comes back to the phone and says okay they're calling it in now. An absolute nightmare just to get them to fix their own mistake . Every time we go I have an appointment and every time we still wait at least an hour to be seen. Walk in's should not take priority over people who made appointments. I should not be waiting close to 2 hours with my young kids to be seen every single time. It should not be this hard to get a human being on the phone and for them to follow through when it comes to sending in prescriptions . An absolute nightmare

A really good friend of mine went to him and he told her after seeing her a few times and put her on some meds that has made her lose a lot of weight and she asked him what was going on and he said he didn't know what else to do for her. So he told her to start coming off the meds to see if that would help her gain the weight back so she does this and goes back to see him and he still doesn't take her off the meds and tells her he is going to send her to see a therapist and tells her she really needs to start thinking about her health. She told him I am thinking about it this is why I'm coming to you for. This man is a joke he shouldn't be a Dr at all

This is my go-to medical clinic when I can't get an appointment with my primary care physician, or when I just need a "little medicine" for an ailing sore throat or bothersome cough. I've never had to wait. I've always been seen within 10-12 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. I highly recommend this medical clinic without hesitation based on the outstanding treatment I've received on my past five visits over the last 15 months.

She had a TB test and was told to come back 2 days later after a certain time so we did another provider was there then the one who did the test . she was absolutely horrible. she told my daughter she wouldnt see her unless there was a appointment available in the kiosk. there wasn't one available, there also was nobody waiting to be seen either and it was 30-44 mins before they closed. The privider also said my dayghter would also have to make another appointment to have the test redone . she was very rude and I hope she doesn't treat all the people who come to see her that way. my daughter was very upset becouse they told her to come back in the date and time and then to be talked down to like that .
