Be prepared to be treated like you are stupid and if you happen to be overweight, NP Laura will lecture you about those issues rather than deal with any reason for which you actually scheduled a visit. Don't waste your time doing the check-in online before the appointment, they will just do it all again while you stand their waiting. The bedside manner of the NP is so poor, you'd get better treatment in a back alley from a broke strung-out junkie. Go anywhere else for medical care, this place doesn't qualify as medical treatment. read more

Made an Appointment for a rapid Covid test on Thursday. My Appointment was for Sunday at 9:40 am. Arrive at 9:30 and the receptionist states "We haven't had rapid test since friday" my reply was thanks for the call and notification. She so rudely says "You should have called and checked before coming!" So I fired back maybe you should do your job and let people know that their appointment needs to be canceled because you ran out of test. It's call common courtesy. If I could leave a no star review I would. This place and it's so called employees are a joke. My 16 year old daughter was late for an appointment and was met with attitude and a nasty disposition. I was greeted with the same warmth as her, all over being a few minutes late for a covid test appointment. I came in apologizing and trying to win them over with kindness. That clearly didn't work as I was told she couldn't be seen unless someone canceled an appointment. All the while there was NOBODY else in the place. Long story short if you want to be verbally abused and treated like garbage go to the little clinic in Fairfield! Oh and if that wasn't enough I was called from corporate and told my behavior was unacceptable, this after the "woman" at the store took off her mask to scream at me! What a great place!! read more

I have been to The Little Clinic in Fairfield many times, but today, our experience was not good. The NP had to refuse a test based on ethical principles. While I completely respect that, it should be noted that she became visibly annoyed with me when I did not understand her reasoning at first. She looked up at the ceiling and rolled her eyes in frustration. She lacked compassion and understanding in a bad situation. Perhaps she was just overly stressed--there is a global pandemic going on! I would just like to stress that medical professionals need to remember that patients should be treated respectfully. I think I'll stick with my regular doctor or Urgent Care from now on. The people here seemed very nice, but please be aware that you need to make an appointment ahead of time-this is NOT walk-in friendly. I was turned away and told to make an appointment because they were too busy for walk-ins. I did so and came back several hours later, and the NP was very helpful. I didn't have a bad experience and got the meds I needed, but I wish they advertised more clearly that you need to schedule ahead of time and not just walk in. It would've saved me a wasted trip across town. read more

I arrived at my appointment only to be informed that I didn't have one. I showed them my print out confirmation and even the email on my phone. The receptionists when into the back room and gave my papers to a person back there. I am not sure who the person was or what their position but they administered the test. She informed that the computer made and error because I am not scheduled. She said that I could wait 40 to 60 minutes and she might be able to squeeze me in but there were no guarantees. Again I inquired how is it possible for me to have a registration confirmation with a code? They answered, "I don't know3". Others have written similar reviews about getting to the Clinic and then not bein registered. By this time, I would have hoped they would have solved the problem. read more

The Little Clinic in Fairfield is excellent! Suzy Palmisano Austin and Amber Flowers the Physician Assistants are the very best. Very good care always. Hailey, the Medical Assistant does a great job also. I have always had great quality healthcare and that is very hard to find these days. The Clinic is very clean and I have never had to wait very long. I am extremely thankful especially during this covid pandemic. Thank you for your great service! read more

The little clinic in krogers is one of many popping up everywhere. These places make it more convenient to see a dr last minute. I have bee to this one a few times in the past year or so. It's easy for me to get to because it is close to my house. Most places have just a nurse practitioner ad maybe a front desk/medical tech person. They take most insurance and you do not need a appointment to be seen. It's nice when you have a cold, need a flu shot or have something simple to get get checked out. However the first time I stopped here I thought maybe I just caught them on a bad day at the end of a shift. Both employees don't seem to be very happy people. Not mean but never smile or are very warm. They were professional quick and easy to get in to. But don't be looking for any warm fuzzys here. It will not keep me from returning but when you are smiling at someone and they give you nothing it's buggy. read more

The little clinic in fairfield was AWESOME! I have 3 kids and its hard going to clinics with them. But they made us feel super comfortable! The first lady I saw was named Tranee! Wow! She was very quick and asked all the necessary questions which put me at ease. The doctor was named Amber F and she was perfect. Even gave my children lollipops! Needless to say, this was the best experience I had and I will be coming back! read more

Zero stars would be more of an accurate rating. I will never return to this clinic location. I tolerate most anything that I am confronted with in life with the utmost patience. The nurse practitioner was the rudest, coldest, and roughest medical professional that I have ever encountered. I almost just left during the exam on my daughter. She was so rough with the strep test that my daughter cried for fifteen minutes. My daughter never complains and has been through a lot and I would even say that she is tough! The practioner would not even smile or pretend to be friendly. Her hatred shone through her dark cold eyes. I truly hope they get a different nurse with more skills medically and professionally. I have attempted to use this facility 3 times for a urinary tract infection. They make you walk across the entire store with a brown paper bag to a public bathroom to get sample. While there, you are subject to customers coming in and complaining that you are taking too long, cleaning people complaining you are interfering with their schedules, people standing talking on cell phones.. then its all across the store to get back to the clinic. Today I brought a sample in from home, checked the website to see if they had special hours for the holiday. Their website says call. Called the number, it says to check the website. I called the store and was told the clinic was open for alittle over an hour. They could have said 330 but they didnt. So I showed up at 330, thinking the closing time was 4 and was turned away. I have a $5000 deductible on health insurance so cant go anywhere else. Not to mention the 1st two times the staff was rude and acted like you were an interruption to their day and they still had hours left before closing. I guess if you had a cute little kid, you have no problems, but adults in pain are obviously not as welcome read more
