What followed was a series of delays, miscommunications, and a complete lack of a care plan. This despite multiple calls and attempts to get appropriate treatment. After several days of inadequate support, her condition worsened into a kidney infection that required hospitalization. She ultimately received proper care from a different urologist, and after three nights in the hospital, she thankfully is recovering well. What prompted me to write this review was the final straw: five days after receiving lab results, someone from this group called in a prescription, without any explanation or communication. We only found out because our pharmacy notified us. No one from the Urology Group reached out to explain what they were prescribing or why. If you're comfortable with delayed care, poor communication, and questionable administrative practices, this may be the place for you. But if your health and standard of care matter to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I'd rather travel out of state than trust this group with our health.

I liked that I was able to book my appointment directly through the MyChart app. I also love that all my blood work/tests show directly through the app as well. The receptionist at the desk was very friendly and checked me in quickly. It was great that I was able to fill out all the paperwork online before arriving so I didn't have to do that while I waited. Sarah, my doctor's assistant is truly a rockstar human and was so much fun to talk to. I'm quite the anxious person, so it's always great to talk to someone who can put you to ease in a stressful environment. I'm feeling super grateful to have insurance and a primary care provider. If you haven't been to a doctor in awhile, go be proactive and look out for your health!

Absolutely amazing emergency care!!…read more I thought I had broken my foot literally hours before needing to get on an international flight. I rolled into the ER at St Elizabeth at 9:30 on a Sunday morning and asked for help but told them I could absolutely not spare more than 60 minutes. You wouldn't believe how the entire ER crew sprang into action! The admissions pro I was talking to ran into the back to alert the team what was going on and then came back to quickly register me and take me back to a screening room where a nurse was waiting to take my vitals. Before the blood pressure cuff was even deflated the X-ray tech was wheeling in his equipment. He quickly took his pics and the doctor was in to walk through the details while the x-rays were being processed. Soon we had the results, my foot got wrapped, and they checked me out on the fly. FORTY-TWO MINUTES!!! I made my flight with time to spare. While I'm aware that isn't indicative of a normal wait time and I was lucky to arrive when nobody else was already waiting to register... but holy crap, this team was so amazing... every single one of them, especially the admin I first spoke to who got everyone else onboard an expedited process. The level of engagement, knowledge, and care I experienced is what all healthcare should aspire to be. Thanks so much!!

I have COVID and went here on Saturday August 28th which was the worst healthcare decision I've…read moremade. They told me I had COVID Pneumonia but, there was absolutely nothing they could do for me. They said my oxygen levels were good and I was healthy to go home drinks lots of water and come Back if I got worse. I had chest pain, could hardly breathe, had fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, weak, could barely speak. They seemed none to concerned with any of it. I didn't get better but, definitely did not go back here. I went to another hospital and was able to actually receive treatment. Stay far away from this hospital I don't know what their COVID treatment policy is but, I still can't believe I was told by supposed highly trained physician's they could do nothing for me.

We called another location and supposedly the clinician didn't have a key and couldn't get in the building. How in the world does a business not have someone who can open the door? Can't review the service, since I had to go somewhere else.
