Pretty ample parking but upon first visit, it's kinda hard to tell exactly which entrance and parking lot to use. Interior This could use some work. It's clean and bright, but there is NO privacy whatsoever when you're checking in. Even if you're whispering, the way they have the chairs and sofas set up, you are practically sitting in the lap of waiting patients. Not sure why patients choose to sit there, but the entire time I was there (and when I got ready to check out) there were people who opted to sit in those chairs. HIPAA ... just saying. Customer Service Excellent. They can be pretty difficult to reach on the phone but everyone I encountered during my visit was pleasant and competent. My nurse, was a delight and Dr. Anderson has off-the-charts-good bedside manner. At no time did I feel rushed and both the nurse and the doctor made me feel like my health was important (versus just being made to feel like a number in a chart). Price / Value My co-pay was very reasonable. No complaints. Overall Overall, I highly recommend. Like most Wellstar offices, they can be hard to reach on phone and scheduling appointments ... be prepared to have to accept an appt MONTHS away. But, I have to say, for these guys - they're worth the wait!

Getting someone on the phone requires multiple phone calls and the patience of a saint as you sit on hold forever. If you are at work and trying to speak with this office you'll waste hours. The practice manager over books appointments so plan on waiting for hours to see a doctor. My son spent most of an afternoon there recently, finally saw the doctor and was prescribed a medication but the staff failed to send it to the pharmacy. Three days later he still does not have his prescription and has called for help over and over. I finally called the Wellstar complaint line. I do not recommend them.

Ive been taking my mom in to see a dermatologist and family practice, cardiologist and nephrologist I do wish they had the nephrologist at the Towne Park location, and I wasn't having to have her MOHS surgeries at a separate location, hopefully soon they'll have everything under one roof.

The warm greeting that I received from Aretha was very welcoming, and she was very attentive. Aretha got me checking in right away she ensured I understood the payment policy, I agreed and paid my copayment due for initial visit. Here is were things took a bit of a turn. My appointment was set for 2:48pm. I was called to the back an hour later and was finally seen at 4pm. Why advertise appointments just tell patients to walk in because you obviously do not have the bandwidth to keep up with the schedule. However when I arrived I can count on one hand how many others were in the waiting area and I think a few were waiting for their loved ones to be checked out. So to me not very busy at all. But as you will see in others reviews this location is very slow. Now the kicker!... I was triaged by Angelica! She was very dry, not personable and has no personality. It appeared she hated her job and took it out on the patient. When she swap me for Covid, Flu, RSV it felt like purposely forced the swap down my nostril farther than it needed to make me uncomfortable. She did the same when swabbing me for strep. When I gagged she gave a mischievous smirk like she accomplished her mission. She then showed me to my room. And said the doctor would see me shortly. Sara Worku was the PA that saw me. She was very pleasant and advised my test were negative but were treating me for upper respiratory infection. We went over a few things and sends Angelica back in to administer the steroid injection. Angelica comes in looks at me and just say " left hip". Biting my tongue I got off the patient bed and position myself so she could administer the injection. Professional nurses would warn you before the injection. Nope not this one, she wipes the area and feels like she just jams the needle in no warning. Still biting my tongue, I adjusted my clothing and got myself together. Angelica proceeds to just hand over my discharge papers and I look at her and ask is that it. She says "Yep! You can go! REALLY??!! That's where I had to rush out off there because I started to see RED I didn't want to embarrass her in front of her coworkers. Last thing!...Typically the person who triages you verifies your pharmacy details but in this case I was not asked so I was not able to request my prescriptions be sent to an alternative location. Unfortunately I could not pick up my meds today and have to wait until tomorrow morning after 11am since I had to put in a request for a transfer. I again the front desk associates were/are the joy of that urgent care operation. I did not get the other lady's name that accompanied Aretha but she too had a pleasant customer centric attitude. Aretha made my visit worth it. She deserves to be among others who possess her positive attitude and stellar customer service. Thank you Aretha and front desk team and thank you Sara for your wonderful bedside manners. Some people (Angelica) just do not belong in healthcare and I'm hearing she's has complaints from several others patients!! Listen to the reviews! My hopes are that they will be positive, but unfortunately, it doesn't always work out that way. Funny thing is I've been to this location maybe once or twice prior and things were fine but it's been a long while. Not sure when the shift occurred. Please know, after today, I'll NEVER set foot at this location again! What an awful experience and I can imagine how the others were treated prior to me. Be careful who you mistreat!!
