Tried to make an appointment online and it kept crashing. All I needed was my dad's heart rate checked. Went there because I have to work. Walked in and the woman was SO RUDE. Told me she could make me an appointment I. 2 hours.I asked if she even wanted to know why I was here. She did not. Told her I got all the way through the appointment schedule and it crash. She said yea, it's been crashing. That's it. Don't go here. Horrible read more

The staff are all nice. I am sick, I have a severe sinus infection. I'm going on 4 days and have gotten worse, not better. I have a fever and copious drainage. I rarely get sick. I need antibiotics to clear this up. I don't have insurance, I pay the $89. I'm told after I pay and am being seen by the NP, I can't get antibiotics until I have symptoms for seven days. I now have a post dated prescription for Friday. If I would have been told upfront of this policy, I wouldn't be able to get antibiotics right away, I would have simply went elsewhere right away because this sinus infection is fairly severe. I haven't been sick in six years.. I'm not a chronic clinic hopper. read more

I attempted to be seen here today. I had the most humiliating and embarrassing exchange of my lifetime... go to another clinic... you'll get better service. I did get an email from the NP onsite, it wasn't an apology, she wanted to let me know that the Staff had been Talked to.... Although I was Never Seen, or Even allowed to Register, there's laws on the books to prevent events like this from Happening... and let's not forget... maybe I'm just old fashioned but YOU BEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A BAD, GOOD or GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION.. read more

Came just before lunch. Was told they wouldn't be seeing anyone do an hour. I get it everyone gets a lunch. The desk tech signed me in and said I would be seen first after lunch. I returned a few minutes early. The desk tech promptly took someone else while I watched. When I went up to the desk to see how long it would be now she wouldn't even look at me and took me back 5 minutes after. They seemed to know the other lady. Guess it doesn't pay to be patient and courteous. It's just who you know read more

The Little Clinic locations inside select Kroger are staffed with board certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants (in select markets) authorized to diagnose, treat and write prescriptions for common family illnesses such as strep throat, bronchitis, sinus infections, seasonal allergies and the flu. The clinics also provide a wide selection of wellness and preventive health services such as camp and sports physicals, health screenings, travel healthcare services and a number of vaccinations. The Little Clinic provides care for the entire family and is conveniently open seven days a week, no appointment necessary. The Clinic employee I was talking to seemed very knowledgeable so I asked if there was an egg and poultry free flu shot that may be appropriate for me since I have a history of allergies to the normal flu shot and all forms of poultry. Sam advised me that they do have such a flu shot but told me to call before my appointment to assure that they have Flu Block in stock. On Wednesday, November 4th I called and confirmed they had Flu Block in stock. Since they did I scheduled an appointment for my flu shot the following day at 1 pm. When I arrived I furnished The Little Clinic nurse with my driver's license and insurance card. Then due due Covid-19 procedures there was a questionnaire to fill out and sign. Lastly the nurse went over my long list of allergies, my health conditions and vaccination history. After very detailed review she gave me the vaccine and asked that I hang out in the area for 20 minutes just to assure I didn't have a reaction. Megan the PRN was very thorough in her review of the vaccine ingredients and my list of allergies. On Saturday I received a follow-up call to inquire if I had any reaction to the shot. I was able to assure them that I didn't. I would not hesitate to come to The Little Clinic in the future. I also highly recommend them to others.

My issue was solved and then they set me up with instructions on what to do going forward and sent my prescription to my regular pharmacy. Many responsibilities are not consistently completed because temporary assistants can only do so much while actively caring for patients. Office management is not stepping in to cover those responsibilities, and the doctors are focused on treating patients. not only that but I have yet to get my last check with no communication from HR or the office. One of the most concerning things I observed was the sterilization logs. According to the records I reviewed while working there, instrument sterilization and maintenance procedures had not been properly completed for approximately two months. That is unacceptable in any dental office. What frustrated me most was the double standard. Office management was frequently late and missed numerous days, yet remained employed without consequences. Meanwhile, dental assistants who were only a few minutes late even after regularly arriving early and working hard for the office faced disciplinary action or termination. There is nothing wrong with having rules, structure, and accountability. Every workplace should have them. The problem is when those standards only apply to certain employees. When management is held to one standard and everyone else is held to another, it stops feeling like a professional workplace. Between the staffing issues, payment problems, lack of accountability, and overall management, this office felt more like a circus than a professional business. That is all I have to say.

They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth.
