Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff lately was the complete opposite. The staff was frazzle, unfriendly, unwelcoming. The office manager was on guard from the beginning of my conversation with her. It takes 6 months to get an appointment unless you are dying and then you may get offered a zoom meeting with the doctor. My advice find a doctor who can handle his patient load.
