But it is inexpensive, staff provides beginner's tutorials and climbs range from easy to challenging. There are bouldering areas and a moon board, both of which I didn't use, but saw for the more motivated climber. We called and were told that we weren't able to receive a refund but that our money could be applied to future classes. Fast forward to six months ago when we called to restart classes. We were told that a manager would return our call, which they never did. We called again last month to follow up and we were told that our money could no longer be used toward classes. The employee said that everyone that paid was called and told that their money would be expiring if not used by a certain date, which was about six months ago. We never got a call and have been trying to reach a manager for six months via phone. Lazy or dishonest operation to take our daughters money and not provide the service we paid for. Unbelievable, We are contemplating small claims court over this, what a headache. Take your business somewhere else. Update: We received a call and it now looks like our credit will be honored. Will provide another update when the classes are completed.

I had always believed I had little-to-no physical prowess. Words like, "weakling," "delicate," and…read more"lazy" all come to mind. In the past, group exercise classes like yoga and bodypump held my interest briefly, but that interest would wane within a month. I joined Top Line at the urging of a friend, and within two weeks my attitudes toward myself and my abilities changed dramatically. This isn't a fancy gym. There is no upscale locker room, no juice bar, no supplements station, no tanning beds. It's a former warehouse with hardcore equipment, and it's given me the greatest workout of my life. More than that, it's given me greater physical strength than I've ever possessed, and results I still can't believe. I started out with two sessions a week, quickly upped that to three, and then added a strength program soon after. It turns out that there is nothing more addictive than results. Within a month of joining, I started seeing muscle definition. Soon after, my clothing sizes began to drop (I went from a snug ladies' 12 to a loose 6 within a few months). I was sleeping better, had more energy, and people around me started to notice how different I looked. Top Line changed me physically, but it also changed my attitudes and habits. Through meal planning and guidance, my diet has become dramatically healthier. I have become "that girl" who encourages her friends to exercise, who helps others with food choices, and who can recommend a great protein shake... things that still surprise me. While the equipment and programming is top-of-the-line, the real Top Line experience comes from the people. This is a gym where the coaches and your fellow gym-goers work as a team. Everyone encourages and assists. I never feel afraid that I'm doing something incorrectly, or that I'm going to hurt myself, because there is always someone there to assist and guide. It's something I'd never experienced in a gym before, and it's definitely on the list of top ten things that keep me coming back. Top Line isn't just physique-changing. It's life-changing. The woman at the front test was incredibly rude, they stopped taking credit/debit cards because it "takes too long" because they have a cash register for the 80's, so instead of upgrading they just choose to cause inconvenience and choose to remain a business in the past. The children had limited things they were allowed to play on because they reserve their equipment for members of the gym ONLY even though it's open gym. It smells disgusting in there, and it's dirty. Amazing Place!! Held my son's 4th birthday party here with 20 kids & parents. (we did upgrade to…read morethe "bounce" party) Kids had an absolute blast! So much to do(they get free rein of the entire place!) I think the kids could've played for 2-3hrs (or more, if they didn't exhaust themselves!) Kid-friendly music and initial "instructions" from the staff were appreciated by all! Staff does a fabulous job! Booking was simple, questions were answered quickly, they engaged with the kids during the party and they took care of clean-up! We will definitely be coming back - as will many of the families that attended our party! My only "complaint" is that I wish they had open gym sessions offered on weekends :) as my son is already asking to go back!
