I love the updates that are sent to parents throughout the day - knowing my son is so loved and cared for helps ease my heart while I'm at work. When we first started going, he would cry a lot during drop-off, so one of his teachers would always come up and help him adjust or get him involved in a fun activity or snack. I would watch on their TVs in the lobby how our son would go from tears to laughter in a matter of minutes. We're so grateful for the ways that the La Petite teachers have gone the extra mile for our son.

Someone told me "you know you found a great daycare when your child gets excited to see their teacher every day". My children feel at home here and I have created great relationships with the ladies who work here. We left Valley Child Care for a brief period of time because we moved to the Gilbert area. I was not able to find any daycare that equaled the quality and service. I decided to bring my kids back to this daycare even though it was out of my way! One of the amazing things about Valley Child Care is that the people who work there truly care about the kids. Some of the teachers that work there have been at Valley for over 20 years! This is not something you encounter often in childcare settings. Other things that I really love about this daycare are that you only pay for the days you actually attend! So if you only attend for 1 day a week then you just pay the daily rate. This is SO rare! Also, all diapers and food are included in the daily rate! You cannot beat that! The kids are provided with nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks. My kids honestly eat better than I do during the day! I am also very pleased with the education my kids are getting. My pre-school son is doing great job with learning his letters and numbers. He also participates in extra-curricular activities such as jiu-jitsu and Snack Attack. My 1 year old daughter has also developed so much since she started attending. She has learned social skills and has even learned to say please and thank you! Both my children also bring home daily artwork. I am very confident in my decision to send both my children to Valley and I know they will be thoroughly prepared for Kindergarten once the time comes!

He is a very smart boy and is proud to share all that g he e has learned at Busy Bees. But, unfortunately, Oct 31, 2024 was my grandsons last day with Busy Bees. It was a sad day for both of us. My boy was confused that he wasn't coming back to his school. My grandson had been attending Busy Bees since he was 16 months old, now he is 4 years old. He learned so much during his time with you and made so many friends. To this day he ask for his best friend. He and his BF were in separable. I know he misses Busy Bees and so do I! Sadly, once we adopted my grandson DES terminated our daycare discount program, which helped me tremendously. I was left on my own to pay daycare expenses at 100%. unfortunately I just could not afford Busy Bee fees. I found a preschool who offered me a scholarship that did help with lower fees. The unfortunate thing is I do not think he is learning nearly as much as he did at Busy Bees. If Busy Bees had a scholarship program that could help low income grandparents like me, who make little money, I would bring him back in a heart beat. When our little guy started daycare, he was initially very overwhelmed. Assistant Director Ms. Lydia and teachers Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Jacquie worked SO hard to help him (and us) adjust and to build his comfort-level and confidence. They, along with Director Ms. Audrey, clearly care so much about the kids. Now he LOVES school. When we say "let's go to school" in the morning, he RUNS with excitement to the door, because he can't wait to go play, explore and learn. Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Jacquie run a warm, welcoming and fun classroom. They are the best! We are in awe of their lesson plans, which give the kids so much enrichment and so many fun learning opportunities. Even as a certified germaphobe with high anxiety, I feel so comfortable leaving my baby with the ChildTime Gilbert team. The facility is always very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is extremely safety-conscious, professional, responsible, and communicative. I also LOVE that we parents can always see live camera feeds of the classroom and that we get regular updates throughout the day from the teachers on the SproutAbout app: what and how much they ate, when their last diaper change was, how long they napped, and fun videos/photos of their activities. The latter is always one of the highlights of my day!

The cost was high in comparison to others. He started in the 3s room and transitioned to the 4 where his teacher (Tanya) was extremely rude and had no patience. One day I walked in the class and another kid had turned to me and said " my teacher said she doesn't like you" my son would constantly come home in the worst mood and very emotional. And cried every morning at drop off. Then he started coming home saying "ms tanya says she doesn't love me". Now I'm not sure this is a shared experience with this teacher but I couldn't no longer send my child there in good conscience. In the other hand, the cook and director and assistant director were very nice and welcoming. For the most part the other teachers he had were fine as well.

My children have been to a total of 7 daycares throughout their lives, and this is the first time their experience has been great enough to write a review.
