We recently switched to Tutor Time and we are absolutely blown away by them. This center is amazing! Our girl is in the infant room and we cant say enough good things about the teachers and all the staff here! Its bigger than our old daycare and more updated! We love the staff, they really helped us and our baby girl while she adjusted to the change. She's loving the teachers and everyone there and every picture we get of her she is happy in! They give us real time updates of when she gets changed, fed, naps, and pictures. They send us messages any time they have questions and my husband and I love that we can see all the communications. We are beyond happy and know our girl is going to excel there. She's only an infant but they have SO much to offer as the kids grow up we can't wait to see her grow up there. As a parent you want to know your child is safe and well cared for while you have to work. This Tutor Time definitely delivers on both! We would recommend them to everyone. read more

The front desk staff was friendly and greeted us right away. The facilities were clean and organized. The rates are definitely better than other child care places. Elizabeth was wonderful on the tour and we look forward to bringing our kids here soon. read more

MY 6 YEAR OLD CHILD WAS LOCKED IN THEIR BUS, NEGLECTED AND ABANDONED!!!!!! The bus driver picked up my child from school, stopped at 2 more schools to pick up kids. 9 total kids on that bus. Arrived at Tutor Time, handed the kids off to the receiver, who marked him off on their lists, without doing the face to a name procedure. The bus driver parked the bus, WALKED PAST HIM 4 TIMES. Locked the bus, went inside, punched out and drove home. No one inside realized he was missing for over an hour. They only realized it when HE FIGURED OUT HOW TO BREAK OUT OF THE BUS HIMSELF, walk to the front if the building and walk right in. Thankfully they were NEGLIGENT again and didn't have the door engaged for the passcode. Every employee also refused to inform me. Erika the Director was fired, Tristan the front desk person was fired and Sherrie the bus driver was fired. They never called the police nor an ambulance, nor me, nor my emergency contacts. I brought my son to a Forensic Psychologist who diagnosed him with PTSD from Tutor Time. The Corporate office refused to open a 3rd party claim to allow my son to receive counseling. So children's brains are not a priority of they damage them. I've had to hire an attorney and fight to get my child counseling for his PTSD from being locked in their, bus by their employee, and none of their employees even figured it out and left it to him to save himself at 6 years old. Why couldn't they even tell me? It was 89 degrees, parked in the sun for over an hour with my 6 year old child purposely left in their bus by pure staff negligence! This location should be shut down!!!! They were only fined 500 dollars for 5 violations directly related to my son on 11/05/18. It took 2 days to get the incident report from Erika Hall. To this day, they still have not worked with my attorneys to cover his counseling. All I am asking for is attorneys fees since I had to hire them and whatever the amount of counseling he will need. He still has PTSD! Before you think about enrolling your child, ask yourself, do I love my child? If you do, run from this place and find a reputable company who values children and their brains. read more

If I could chose 0 I would. The first day my son attended this school a teacher dragged him by the wrist and picked him up aggressively. I called that same day to inform the assistant director and the next day I HAD NO ACESS to the camera anymore. I called/ message TWICE and no one restored my access so I left work to pick him and that's where the director stated "you aren't the first parents to complain and won't be the last, we can't guarantee your child won't experience this again" so we of course did not take him again. Do not enroll your child here if you care about their safety. read more

Do NOT bring your children to this daycare! When dropping off our son, my husband witnessed a teacher put her hands on a 2 year old boy in our son's class. Essentially we filed a police report and the daycare twisted it to make it seem as if it was a "soothing mechanism". Never will I ever recommend a place that will LIE about harming a child who cannot speak for himself. Regardless of how difficult a child may be, it is NEVER okay to put your hands on a child and then lie about it. There's been multiple issues we've had with this location and we are very vocal about it. I will say that the director is the only reason why we've stayed as long as we have because she does try to make changes. However at the end of the day, we cannot trust a facility that thinks it's okay to hurt a child and lie to a police officer on what actually took place!! read more

My wife and I have had our son at Tutor Time for too long - don't make the same mistake that we have made. I have walked in the 2 year old classroom to see kids hitting each other, kids with snot caked over their lips, and have had my son sent home with crusted feces on his legs because he wasn't cleaned thoroughly. We have stayed for close to a year because of the employer discount we get and they provide diapers and meals. When my wife told me that the class leader had the kids huddled around an ipad that was on a video while the adult just sat there I had enough! don't make the same mistake that we did, your child deserves better! read more

I don't see how this location has been given low stars. For my review I would love to say, my daughter has been enrolled for the past year and she loves it! Immediately when we walk through the door we are greeted by the front desk with a smile! I would love to give them more stars if possible. They go out of there way to help answer any questions I may have about anything. I love getting updates through out the day of how she is doing. The front office ladies are amazing and the teachers update me on how my daughter is when picking her up. If any parent is considering enrolling their child please do so at this location you won't regret it!! read more

Don't do it. There is no consistancy in teachers. The kids are always getting switched to keep ratios.

Overcrowded and chaotic. Infant room was great but the ones and twos rooms the kids just are not watched properly and they are constantly getting hurt. We only had our children here for 4 months and though the director is kind and has been there a long time, some of the teachers are too, but they definitely put state ratios to the max and our kids screamed everyday and every time we left them. You can get much better care with lower ratios at a better cost. read more

NO NO NO! My grandkids attended this TT for almost 3 years. Since Erica became the director it has become a nightmare! The school has been remodeled which is very nice but most of the teachers have left or been fired....15+ teachers with most having 5-10+ years of working there are now gone since Erica arrived. I could go on and on but ....I would not recommend this location of Tutor Time. The fact that most of the teachers had been there for many years says a lot about the place. I would give ZERO stars if possible! read more

I have had my son enrolled here for over a year. I absolutely love the teachers and the staff. My son is always excited to go to school and especially excited to hang out with Miss Holly in the 2s room. Jenn and Holly do such an amazing job with each kid, it sets the bar high for all other daycares. I have had him at other daycares in the past and everywhere I go there is snot on the faces of kids, so that never alarmed me. This is something that happens that I call "the daycare drip"... this is not uncommon. I have never had an incident in the 2s room and would recommend this place to anyone looking for great child care. read more
