After 3 weeks of being without my machine, I got it back only to find out it was not working. I knew within the first few stitches something was terribly wrong with my machine. Luckily, I had found Eastex when I was "window" shopping for a new model ( the 3 weeks were torture!). I called on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to take my machine in that day. He stated even though I had already had a maintenance, he was still going to take her apart as he likes to be sure the machine was services properly. On Monday he called to let me know it was ready for pickup (even though closed on Monday's he was at the shop) and that there were some alarming evidence the other repair shop may not have been qualified to work on my machine (which I suspected when I tried to use it after getting it back!) Lesson learned - research your repair shop/technician. How long have they been in business, reviews online, certified technician, etc. I'm so glad I found Eastex and Michael (owner). He is extremely knowledgeable, second generation in the business and was a pleasure to deal with. I already have it on my calendar to schedule my 2026 annual maintenance with him in 8 months because he does do house calls, but they book up fast! Don't hesitate to use this shop for any repair or maintenance needs. When it's time for a new model, I'll be purchasing from him.

This is against HIPAA law, and they were trying to make me pay to do The courses again. Then they text me again offering for me to pay $100 to redo only day two as a "favor" This was completely invasive, and I felt like I was being interrogated for why I went to the doctor, Mind you I had a doctors note to prove that I was there, I'm 39 years old and never experienced this even as a High school student. The letter had the clinic letterhead on it, and was signed by the nurse, I called the nurse and she said to have them call her, but she would not be discussing why I was there because it's against HIPAA. Needless to say money down the drain and I will not be returning to the school I cannot believe how attacked I felt over me getting sick. It was very strange..... To say the least You're also complete full of it with your response, there is a physician and it's a wellness clinic allowed to administer iv and antibiotics, I didn't miss class to go get Botox. I filed a claim with the dept of health and human services so please don't attempt to be professional now ..... direct violation of my hipaa rights and I have doctors notes and receipts to back everything up. What they did not tell her is that it would discolor her hair. They lifted it so much it was purple white. Then they blamed my child for her previous color when they used product they knew wouldn't work. And when I held them accountable they were dismissive. They hit her face countless times. Yanked and pulled her hair. And the worst part is it was a licensed cosmetologist TEACHER who did most of the work. And then kept saying they are students! Orbit you weren't. Student were you?!?! Do not go here they plop color on your head and ruin it with no remorse and call it a learning opportunity. A young girls hair is a large part of her confidence. And they took that away! Shame on you for operating this way! Shame on you! I hope you close down! Even your students think the teachers are horrible and rude and disrespectful! These are people not mannequins!

This is the first goal I've set my mind to that I have COMPLETED! And they robbed that from me! (As well as many other students) The teachers try their best to help you succeed but the ADMIN is terrible! Several admin issues which cause a poor learning experience! - Hours not being reported correctly for EVERY student on campus - admin telling us there's nothing they can do about THEIR clock in system not working correctly (so we just lose hours even if we were present all day) - having to request meetings with the admin SEVERAL times with no success. I was DROPPED from Milan's Program last week after completing 801.80 hours out of a 750 hour program! I have went above and beyond, I have taught whole classrooms of students while being a student myself because of the shortage of qualified staff! I sacrificed time away from my kids, sometimes staying at school until 9 pm! All for Milan to DROP ME with no explanation! I need some answers
