When he arrived, Jon quickly identified and explained why I was having some problems with my bike and what he would need to do to fix them. Jon worked in a timely fashion, and when he was finished, we tested the parts of the bike he had fixed. It was a pleasure using Jon's bikes - he was polite, clear, and respectful of the space while working inside my apartment. Rented bikes and headed off with my son towards Montauk lighthouse. About halfway my back tire went flat so I was kind of screwed... was not sure what to do- called the bike place, a young guy from Jamaica drove straight out and was there in about 30 mins. He sorted the bike out in formula one pit stop timing. He was super nice. They saved the day!
