The chicken was very flavorful and juicy, the avocado was plentiful, but unfortunately the bacon was very thin and undercooked. The waffle fries were hot and crispy. Best part of our meal for sure! The homemade fry sauce tasted and looked like it had been packaged weeks ago so we opted for the table ketchup. As soon as we arrived we were seated at our table. The waitress seemed busy and quickly took our drink order and brought our drinks before remembering the menus. No problem we were happy to toast my sister and while we were hungry she apologized and we continued on. For the most part we all ordered burgers and were satisfied with our meals. The burgers are large and juicy and while not the best ever they were the best I've had in Craig. So we didn't have a fine dining gourmet experience but we enjoyed ourselves and everyone was friendly and helpful - and very patient with the two little ones we brought :)

I have taken a chance on this place a few times since my last review and I have to re-iterate the…read moreproblem of consistency that this place has. This is a small town so our choices for restaurants is fairly slim. That being the case it's not unusual for the locals here to back on their word when they declare they'll "never be back". I really want this place to succeed, but based on the last three ribeye steaks I just don't see how they can declare that they know how to prepare a steak. The problem is that one time you'll order food you'll be served with a perfectly delectable meal, but the very next time you'll get a very poorly prepared plate of food. In a way I suppose that they are consistent. For example, one ribeye steak that I ordered was perfectly cooked. I ordered a medium cooked ribeye and I got a great cut with virtually no fat or gristle. They seasoned it with something that reminded me of a Montreal season blend with a few other herbs that perfectly complimented the meat. The very next time I went to order I got excited on the chance they may be turning things around, but sadly this was not the case. The next ribeye I ordered was about one-quarter inch thin and was over three-quarters fat. There was absolutely no seasoning at all whatsoever. I threw away most of the steak due to the fat and didn't feel like eating the tiny remainders. The next time I chanced it the steak ended up somewhere in-between the last two quality-wise. I increased to a two star review because the service is ok, but I still don't recommend this establishment unless you are feeling particularly lucky.
