You know food halls have really arrived when there's one in Craig, Colorado. It's a town of around 10K people and now they've got their own food hall. It's an unassuming little joint, but a great option if you're looking to get some grub and relax. We had a local musician playing and he sure played his heart out. We decided against burgers, though they did look delicious. They (along with all the other options in the space) were a little spendier than I thought they might be, though this is rural Colorado and it's not like there are a lot of delivery trucks to choose from. We went with some bowls from Food Bar. I don't precisely remember which at this point, but we ordered two different ones and they were pretty similar. Neither one was 100% correct in matching the description the menu but let's chalk it up to a new employee learning the ropes. We played a round of Bananagrams from the board game library they have, then ate our meal, listened to a little music and got on our way. Fun that it exists, and maybe just spend the extra money on the burgers or get some wings? read more

This place is pretty cool, there are different food vendors and a bar. There was only one vender open that served burgers and a variety of sandwiches. I got the fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. If you got a big appetite this place should take care of you. The front line staff and servers were very nice. 5/5 will visit again. read more

You will have to leave the state if you want a better burger . The Ranch Burger- appropriately titled - definitely wrangled my appetite. This experience reminded me of places you would find in Austin or Asheville- it's authentic, yet right in line with a modern fresh style. If you haven't been as a local, you should be excited. It was hot inside. Had to ask for ceiling fans on. We wanted food from the Pizza place. It wasn't open. This is at lunch mind you. Lady tells us that her son hasn't gotten out of bed yet to open the pizza place. That's inexcusable. You have a business? It's lunch time snd people want to try your food? And you're too lazy to get out of bed? Give me a break. I'll not be back. You shouldn't advertise pizza or anything else if you're too lazy to open your doors!! Lazy equals failure!! We ate at a different vendor and his food was great. Had the teriyaki chicken and fried zucchini. Was delicious. I'll eat there again. They were polite and got our order correct. We ordered from two different entities, Double Dubs and Audacity Pizza. The food from both was really good. The one thing I did notice was the lady making pizza was eating and not washing her hands. Our pizza was in the oven and I did not notice her eating before making our pizza. I also went to the grill to get some ranch dressing. The kids in there was eating an ice cream cone. This is very unsanitary and really quite disgusting. I don't think I will go back there for awhile. read more

Twice in the past week we've come here. Last night we wanted to get some of the pad chicken thai from Aroi Thai. Your interaction with Aroi Thai is extremely limited as you centrally order from any of their vendors from one location. You make your order, and their point of sale system is really quite nice. You can use mobile phone contactless payment very easily, but you are asked about gratuity prior to being served. I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt and go with 20%, and just hope for good service. We ordered ours to go, and were given a number placard to place at a table and wait for our food. It was brought to us as if we were staying there to eat, and we had to explain that we actually wanted the food to go, and we were served by the same person we ordered from whom we told it was "to go". She quickly got us go boxes, and the food was very good from Aroi Thai. I will say that vendor does very well. This morning we wanted to try their Warehouse Coffee Co choices, were told they're out of all the breakfast burrito options except the bacon, despite those being available to order online as we checked before arriving to see what's available. When we arrived, there was a customer in front of us with several kids and it took a very long time for them to take that family's order and start taking our order. We stood in line as the second in line for 18 minutes, to get our order started. Due to the lack of available breakfast stuff I ordered their sausage egg and cheese bagel with a latte, and the person I was with ordered a chai smoothie. The website and menu showed different options for her and she had to pick out something else as well. We ordered, again, to go. After several minutes the bagel was brought out, it was microwaved and I could tell the egg and sausage was just frozen and heated up, not prepared there. The bagel was something you could find pretty cheap at City Market, and nothing was truly "cooked" out of what I ordered. I couldn't tell about their breakfast burritos, but it seemed like all the food is just heated up frozen stuff from the Warehouse Coffee Co. The chai smoothie was very obviously just a powdered chai mix like something you'd find on the shelf of a grocery store, and then frothed with some milk. We had to ask about the latte as it was never brought out, the lady who was bringing stuff out was also the same one we ordered from, and her remark was "Oh I had thought I brought it out" as she looked at our table with only the chai smoothie brought out. I also need to point out, we ordered it to-go, and it was brought out like we were staying. This isn't a typical restaurant with wait staff, it's setup like a cafeteria, so I would expect that ordering to-go is common and typical in this environment. The seats are uncomfortable and they leave the big side sliding door open, and flies swarm around the food often. It is maybe a fun place to take kids, but given the insects and outdoor environment, some may not find it appetizing to swat away flies. YMMV Given this experience, and the fact I tipped 20% before being served, if I return I am not likely to leave any gratuity at all until they can improve the experience. I'm sensing that management crafts in their own view what a "good experience" looks like but this establishment fails to deliver on it. There needs to be some accountability up top, and I hope this review doesn't result in the staff being lashed out at, but I'm fully expecting they will. read more

Travelling through and hotel clerk recommonded The Warehouse on a Sunday evening. Walked in and was confused of the process of sitting and ordering. We went up to one of the "booths" and they explained how it works. We ordered a burger and wings, mentioned I would have a beer with my meal. After food ordering, I walked over to bar and waited for a few minutes with no employee there. I had to walk back over to food booth and had to ask for bar service. Waiting for our order, we enjoyed the multiple TV with variety of shows playing, and my wife loved music playing. Our order of wings were questionable on being cooked completely and lacked in flavor. The burger did not look appetizing and we have had better burgers in our travels. French fries had so much salt it was a struggle to eat them. We really like the idea of the different booths to order food, but thought the food from the Grill could use some upgrading for the burger price. The next time we are in Craig at a mealtime, we will look for a different place to eat. read more
