    Golf simulator

So thankful they are finally open. What an amazing job with the space. What was the hanger of the Stanley is now an adult playground. They gave 12 Trackman bays that has more than 400 courses that you can load with your fingertips. They have only been open for few days but the staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. I brought my own clubs but they have 2 nice sets of clubs at each bay for their customers. Cheapest and the nicest indoor golf simulator in the area. Full bar with more than 18 beers on tap. The velvet chairs and stools are such a nice touch and luxurious. This is going to be packed once the news gets out about it. Watch out Top Golf. Rain or shine, this is a better option and your local stop whether golf pro or family wanted to get out.

Fun atmosphere and great place to play pool, games outdoors or simulator--golf for a unique date or family adventure. The drinks were delicious! I saw a woman walk by with a drink that she told me was called the IN A PICKLE: House Infused Dill/Cucumber Vodka, Botanica Angelica Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Club Soda--I just had to try it, and if you love pickles and dill you will love this drink. The bartender I had was friendly and my partner and I really enjoyed planning pool with my step-son.

Such a fun experience, I am horrible at golf and it was still a lot of fun! Would come again. Service was great.

You can tell there's real attention to detail in every dish, and nothing felt overly complicated just for the sake of it. We shared the burger (honestly one of the best we've had), the panzanella salad, and deviled eggs - all impressive. Drinks were excellent - the mezcal negroni, stockyard pony, and house spritz. We ended with the pecan tart and espresso martini. It was just the two of us and we were stuffed when we left. They sat us in their outdoor space and it was so, so nice. We LOVED it. Definitely a place we'll keep coming back to.

Cons for this paragraph is the wait for the food is ridiculous. Why 45 min at least for any dishes. If you're ordering multiple. They're not coming out all at once. The appetizer orecchiette we got was tasty in regard to the texture. Nicely al dente. But it was extremely salted and extremely sour. Unsure of what flavor profile they want to have. Our server recommended the roasted chicken to be the most seasoned dish. I'm not sure whatever they marinated actually puncture the meat. It was cook well but virtually no flavor. Not any difference if you just boil chicken breast by itself. Everything was really pricey for no reason. Sure it was a good size? But if you compare it to restaurants located in downtown, a similar dish is at least 8-10$ cheaper. $14 for a basket of shoes string fries, $41 for roasted chicken and $43 for steak? On par with coors field at least. My assumption is that any new coming restaurants at the Stanley market is just a test run with a safety net to see if the restaurant actually performs well if it was a stand alone business.

Lady Nomada was outstanding…read more My wife Marci and I decided to share the Nomada's Best of Plate so we could experience a little bit of everything, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. We also ordered the Mini Chile Rellenos, and both dishes were excellent. The Best of Plate let us sample birria, crispy carnitas, a chicken enchilada, rice, and beans, and every bite had its own personality. The birria was rich and deeply flavorful, the carnitas had that perfect balance of crispy and tender, and the enchilada with its green sauce was comforting without being overwhelming. The Mini Chile Rellenos were another highlight--crispy on the outside, creamy inside, with just the right amount of roasted chile flavor. One thing that really impressed me was the presentation. When our food arrived, it looked fantastic. Everything was thoughtfully plated and neatly arranged--it wasn't just piled onto a plate. You could immediately tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve, and the presentation matched the quality of the food. What I appreciated most was that this wasn't just a meal--it was an experience. We found ourselves slowing down and enjoying each bite instead of rushing through it. Every component had its own flavor while still working together as one meal. The portions were incredibly generous. We still had enough left over that we're finishing it today, and honestly, I was completely full last night. It was an excellent value for the amount and quality of food we received. One thing I realized is that this is the kind of restaurant you don't immediately rush back to--not because it isn't amazing, but because you want to remember the experience and look forward to the next visit. Some meals are so satisfying that they deserve to stay special for a while, and this was one of them. We'll definitely be back. Lady Nomada has earned a spot on our list of favorite restaurants.

They also had their AC blasting which helped cool us off from the heat outside. Our server was great and quickly took our order and received waters. Our appetizer came out pretty quickly and I do want to call out that the guac looked like it was sitting out for some time. Once our 3rd person arrived, we ordered our food and drinks. Drinks came out pretty quickly. The elderflower prickly pear drink was stellar and pretty strong! I would definitely come back just for that drink! Food tasted great! Tacos were seasoned well. I do wish they had spicier salsa options but that's just my preference. I also think the tacos should be doubled up with tortillas because they started falling apart and made it difficult to eat. I ended up just eating the inside of the tacos and left the tortilla. Overall though, nothing bad that would deter me from visiting again. It was a good experience! I would definitely return.

It's a really solid neighborhood place with a good happy hour and fun daily specials (like Wednesday wine night). The atmosphere can also surprise you in the best way -- when the piano player is there, it adds a really nice touch and makes it a surprisingly romantic date spot. Food-wise, the chicken fingers are some of the best I've had. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The thin fries are amazing too -- the kind you keep eating long after you're full. The gravy and honey mustard are perfect pairings with the chicken and fries. The BBQ sauce, though, I could personally do without. Overall, a great neighborhood spot with good food, good specials, and a fun atmosphere.

Not as advertised. Not suitable for beginners. Awfully expensive. A bit disorganized…read more I received a lesson/fitting package as a gift. The gift giver was assured that the experience would be suitable for a beginner. Nope! Much of the lesson involved golf swing jargon that just isn't going to be understood by a beginner. Hey, if you know the difference between an open and closed shoulder in your backswing, or the difference between a strong and weak grip (hint: now I know it's nothing to do with how hard you grab the club), then you aren't a beginner, and GolfTec might work for you. Anyway, I stood open mouthed as my coach spewed utter jibberish at me. I stopped him early, and let him know I didn't understand the lingo. Didn't really help. Despite their claims, they really don't have a curriculum for beginners. Beginners need a bunch of instruction in set up and swing fundamentals that really don't benefit from GolfTec's (admittedly cool) elaborate video and computer swing tracking technology. Hey, I get that an advanced golfer, who swings consistently, might love the video breakdown looking for swing faults. A beginner is going to have enough self evident swing faults that this technology is overkill. It's like using a sledgehammer to push in a tack. And GolfTec is expensive. Anyone getting lessons on a weekly basis is definitely going to be paying GolfTec the equivalent of a car payment. Hey, I'm not saying it's not worth it. It's just that for beginners, there are cheaper and more efficient ways to learn the fundamentals. My friends who have had success with GolfTec are both far from beginner level, and are pretty indifferent to cost. If that describes you, great! You might love GolfTec. Me, not so much. Not as advertised.
