I drove over and spoke to a man working the counter at the dewalt tool section who was accompanied by an older gentleman who informed me the glass cutter was broken and glass was out of stock. They told me to come back monday and there was nothing they could for me. I said that was unacceptable and spoke to the man who i spoke to on the phone. He told me right away they could help me. He called over greg and he helped me with a great attitude. The man who said the machine was broken visited greg in the glass cutting room to inform him the machine was broken but greg looked at it and informed the man it was indeed not broken. Greg was awesome and he knows what he is doing. The other two guys need to learn better communication and customer service. My first page experience started not so good but ended well.
