I've taken a few of their barre classes, which were taught by Andra, one of the owners.

Just took an intro Pilates class here this morning with Aaliyah and loved it! If you're new to…read morereformer Pilates or want a class that's more focused on form and stretch, this is for you. They do fill up the entire class so the instructor isn't demonstrating how to do the moves, but she does walk around and correct form/help you transition. I appreciated this class was so much more focused on making sure you nail the basics because too many trendy studios try to "push" students do harder moves than their core is ready for. I already weight lift so I like Pilates to help me recover and practice good form (especially because I'm prone to not engage my core enough when I lift!). I'm sure their non beginner class is more challenging, but this was a perfect, restorative Saturday morning work out. I also liked the intro course because there were students from all age groups and no pretentious vibe that I've had at other studios where students judge if you're in aesthetic clothes or not (people ranged from cute fits to comfy gym clothes so you can totally do both here). Looking forward to coming back whenever I need a good recovery stretch and to perfect my core strength!

I like their Reformer classes that uses the machines like Pilates. It is difficult if you haven't…read moredone Pilates but the instructor tells how the correct form. It really engages the whole body and working one muscle group. For Reformer: bring grip socks or else you'll have to buy it from the studio. I also took a yoga class. You can grab 2 yoga mats to make it more cushioned. The class itself was ok, I'm new to yoga so some of the exercises were hard esp holding the position with your abs. For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.

The first several classes were really difficult, but I was immediately hooked!! It was exactly what I needed--- strengthening core, abs, arms, legs, and seat!!! Since the movements are low-impact, it is perfect for new moms whose bodies are still healing and recovering. The classes are still challenging, but I can definitely tell that I am getting stronger. I still have a long journey ahead of me to get back into my pre-baby shape, but I am so glad I chose pure barre to do it. All the instructors/staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. They make sure to fix your forms. Every instructor/class has different styles so the classes are never the same, never boring. As I prepare to go back to work, I do wish there were later class times. As of now, 7pm is the latest. Finally, it is a great work out environment; it's very inspiring and motivating to be able to work out surrounded by so many strong ladies!

The instructor was nice and upbeat. Gave MANY hands on corrections which was appreciated but a bit uncomfortable at times. I did not know she would be touching places such as my chest and butt. Usually in my yoga classes we are asked if we are comfortable being touched and given corrections. However that was not communicated at this studio and the hands on nature was immediate and a bit uncomfortable for someone who was not prepared for it. Especially in more private areas such as the butt. Class was great- very hard and may be tough for beginners. Overall I do not think I will return given the price and the atmosphere.

This was my first ever doing lagree fitness. Make sure you go there early to get situated if this is your first time doing lagree fitness or if this is your first class because you have to sign a waiver form. My legs and arms were shaking throughout the workout! Especially since it's my first time doing lagree, It's very tough but feels amazing afterwards. I had to stop at times. I didn't feel judged or anything. I was sore after the class. Maddie helped me with my form throughout the class. This class made me really like Lagree. After the class is done, I got a wipe to sanitize the machine. There is one restroom. No showers. There is a water dispenser. Lots of free parking in the center.

I love both Stacy and Maya. They are both so welcoming and sweet, but don't be fooled by their kindness - they definitely challenge you to give it your best with every class they teach, which I thoroughly appreciate as a workout junkie! I leave every class feeling like I accomplished something bigger than myself....with the literal physical shakes to compliment this, of course :) I would say this is one of the best Lagree studios I've ever visited and I'm so grateful it's so close to me! Highly recommend taking a class here, be prepared for the SHAKES!

Lagree is a whole different ballgame and challenges you like no other. If you want to shake like a leaf, lagree is the way to go. And especially at The Dungeon. Their staff has always been so friendly, their instructors top notch. There's been mentions of no mirrors being a bother - I personally LOVE it. It makes you concentrate on your muscles and focus on what you need to do instead of having to check mirrors. If your form is incorrect, that's what the instructors are there for. No looking in mirrors to see what others are doing or even causing you to be mis-balanced. You are concentrating on YOU! give The Dungeon a try. You won't regret it!

This place is close to home and one of my old instructors from AKT teaches here so heard only good things about them. I did a Friday am trial class with Lauren at 9. I have only done lagaree once before and it was Years ago with YELP so safe to say I am a newbie and clueless in form. Lauren was nice enough but it was a standard class so I felt I had to ask a lot of questions and get clarification. I did ask her after why there are no beginner or intro classes as it would definitely be more beneficial for attendees and instructors. Oh well, not an option. I did like it enough so bought 3 classes for $65. Did not authorize any other charges and had no idea they kept my card on file. I booked a class and life happened and I couldn't show. I just thought, oh lost the class, oh well, but nope got charged a $20 no show fee as well. The only thing that was explained at purchase was the classes would expire in 30 days no otherwise information about no show or late fee. Anyways never attended the 3 classes I bought either, wamp wamp.
