The studio is well kept and clean. I took the power flow class and it was great! [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I called the studio for options, I was met by a kind voice, Zarfeen, over the phone and she was easy to talk to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would love to come once in a while since the commute is a little further than I'd like. One really important detail about the studio is parking. It was my first class and I already got a parking ticket when I parked in the residential area because they were having street cleaning in the morning. A bummer so everyone be ware! I would've preferred to know I wasn't going to be checked in (idc it's only $12) but instead was lead to believe that I was and to later find an unexpected charge on my bank account... and I have no other experience with the business as I didn't get to take the class . If you're looking for a yoga studio in the Fullerton area, I highly recommend Kosha! All of the instructors here are very warm, welcoming, and friendly. I am currently doing the 2 week special for $49 and plan to sign up for the monthly unlimited membership. Zarfeen, the owner, helped me get signed up and has been extremely inviting since my first class. The studio has various classes for all mixed levels that are on the pamphlet. My favorite class has been the Infuse (intermediate) class with Nozomi, Zarfeen, Elizabeth, Eleni, and Emily (haven't had the chance to try the rest of the instructors) and the Spunk class that includes yoga, cardio, resistance bands, and weights (Love this class with Melany and Zarfeen). Both classes are very upbeat and I find myself sweating from start to finish! I always leave both classes in the best mood-- mentally and physically. I have also taken the Calm class that leaves me with a great stretch and feeling at peace. The studio's morning classes (9am or 10:30 am) usually has about 2-5 people, but I'm sure there are more people who attend the evening classes! Unfortunately, there are no classes that are earlier than 9am if you're looking for something for an earlier start, but they do have evening classes if you can't make the 9am/10:30 am classes. At this time, they do not offer hot yoga (as Zarfeen mentioned to me), but all the classes they have to offer give you an experience where you'll want to come back. The small, but quaint studio has only one single room, so only one class goes on a time. They also have yoga mats for you to use (for free) if you do not bring one and there's also small sweat towels to use for you to dispose of after. The studio also has a spray bottle and wipes to use to wipe down your yoga mat before/after class. They do not have any locker rooms, but they do have Bins were you can place your belongings. Before each class, the instructors always lock the front door to prevent any break ends or late walk-ins. There is also two hour parking on the street right in front of the studio or you can park in the retail parking underground (free), just be sure to not leave any valuables in the car. Overall, Zarfeen and her team are so warm and kindhearted. You can practice yoga anywhere, so why not do it around those who welcome you in! read more

The instructor was so kind and welcoming, always nice to be greeted by a happy face after work. Unwinded and stretched during the Bliss (Mixed Level) session. Inside there were several floor heaters in the corners to warm up the room, if you like a toasty spot this was very relaxing! Electric candles on the floor helped embody a calming environment along with the music. Class size this day was small around 15 or less, great for moving freely in an open space. When in session, the studio is locked for safety most definitely a reassuring practice. Zarfeen the owner is super friendly, and the schedule of classes running all day makes it easy to jump in and try a variety of things, or to create a routine of classes you want to join. One thing unique to this studio is the routine Calm classes they hold at 8PM that has been such a great addition to my weekly rotation. I took my first class with Zarfeen in 2021 October, and I have been with Kosha 5 for two years now. For the last two years, it has been a true sanctuary of mine where I feel I belong, and where I can be healthy, happy, and free. The studio is exceptionally clean. I especially like that it feels airy and not stuffed, which I don't like about many studios where I feel suffocated. I can't decide which class I like the most, I alternate depending on how I feel on that day - the Spunk classes makes me sweat enough to replace a good gym workout and Bliss classes are the best if I want a full Yoga experience. I take Calm classes when I am exhausted and just want to unwind (and don't want to sweat), as it is much more relaxing. While I started as a beginner, I can see how much stronger I became both mentally and physically, as now I feel comfortable in intermediate and advanced classes. Would highly recommend checking it out to anyone at any stage. The teachers are really welcoming and caring (especially the studio owner Zarfeen), and so are fellow yogis at the studio who come from a truly diverse background in terms of age, race, and gender. I finally found the Kosha 5 Yoga Studio class and I started the Trial Specials in August 2022. It was One-Month unlimited classes and I tried different level of yoga classes. I really enjoyed taking yoga classes and I ended up changing to monthly membership class and I am currently attending at least 3 times a week now. I believe these yoga classes help my brain and 3rd nerve system more active, so it can assist on my double vision (exotropia). It was difficult in the beginning for stretching my body after long hours of sitting at work. But my feelings got much better as my brain took cues from my body. I was able to feel my emotions are calm and regulated. I have been out of practice for well over two years due to medical problems, another two because of Covid. I've put on a lot of weight from medications and experiencing hair loss. Going out in public has been terrifying, I lacked self confidence in mind and body. I missed the connection and mindfulness of yoga. After carefully reading reviews of various studios and messaging the kind owner through Instagram, I decided to take the plunge and come to Kosha 5. Not once did I ever feel judged or uncomfortable. The students are so kind and helpful. And the teachers are exceptional, respectful of the space & students. The space itself is very inviting, too. I've taken a few classes using the trial and was not disappointed with any class. They just kept getting better! I did notice increased confidence and productivity in myself after just a few classes. I cannot wait to be a more permanent member :) thank you, all for making this such a safe space. FYI since it's located along a busy street there are multiple places to park: 1) the parking garage that is shared with tenant parking (make sure to read the signs), 2) along the street in front of the studio, 3) across the street in the coffee lot or along that same street, both with a short distance to walk to the studio requiring one street light to cross. read more

Love this new studio in downtown Fullerton- it's a non heated yoga studio with multiple styles of classes. The room is spacious and has a cute flower wall. There is also a projector to make the space have all the feels during a class. I took a class with Kelly and she was wonderful! You can hear her smile in her voice, but the class was still challenging enough. She provided a lot of modifications for all levels. They have weights for their "spunk" class which is yoga with cardio/weights. Overall, very excited to have found this little gem in Fullerton!
