Overpriced for what it is. They only offer thin crust and it's doughy, sauce Dosent have much flavor. I'll drive to Gizms in Leonard.

I drive out this way every so often and was happy to see another place to eat in town. I agree with one of the other reviewers that the crust was a bit doughy when they first opened, but it would appear they've taken the advice because it was ship-shape this time around. Lots of TVs so it would be a good place to watch a game. And the owner said they're putting in a pool table soon which will be a nice addition. read more

The staff was super friendly and service was prompt and helpful. We had a pizza. Hand tossed with obviously homemade crust. Very thin but perfectly cooked, crispy and not too hard. My fries were spot on! All good. read more

STAY AWAY! This place is horrible, only wanted to review to warn others. It all started when I asked a guy at the sky diving place nearby (awesome!! Such a great business, always fun!) where I could get a cold beer close by and he points me here. I should have just driven back to Dallas, at least stopped in Plano, but I decided to give it try opting to get a pizza and a beer or two. The pizza took almost 30 minutes, was doughy with a weak sauce, and looked as ugly as a pie made by a 2nd grader yet none of that was the worst part: DIRTY BEER MUGS! FILTHY! As soon as the bartender handed over my draft there was an immediate film across the top, I guess it could be the keg lines but either way it is GROSS!! What's worse than waiting 30 minutes for a pizza and being stuck drinking dirty beer? I could overlook the splinters from the poorly finished bar, the crappy pizza- better stuff at nearby gas station a local woman told me, and even the half drunk manager fumbling my basic order but DIRTY BEER MUGS are just too much for me. The pizza was so doughy and gross that I just left what I didn't eat, didn't want to be disappointed eating it again. read more

There is a reason why my husband and I won't eat here anymore - you pay a lot for over-greasy fries and the pizzas are horrible. The service can be friendly at times, but they usually seem distracted and unable to keep up with basic food service skills (drink refills, offering an alternative to a dish that tastes terrible - we told our server about a dish at one point and she just brushed it off - didn't take it back, didn't offer a refund for the dish, & didn't offer an alternative). I know this is the only pizza place in town, but I'm sure they could step up their service and their food a notch. read more

Awesome pizza and great atmosphere! My favorite pizzas are The Loft and The Loaded Florentine. The crust is perfect in my opinion and they use just the right amount of sauce. The burgers are are great too, especially when you add bacon and grilled onions. It's also a great place catch the game and grab a beer(good selection of local and craft beers) or listen to some live music on the weekends. read more

Amazing pizza. Cold clean beer. Great service. They need to work on the quality of their tables/chairs some but once you're eating the food you're not thinking about that anymore. Also, it's the little things such as the staff noticing when you're drink is getting low or if you're looking around for something they almost immediately know. Even when they're busy they just move their feet quicker, problem solved. Highly recommend eating here, I'd be hesitant ordering to go since it's thin crust pizza and amazing fresh, get their Loft Special pizza with ranch or blue cheese on the side, heaven. read more

Sad as WhiteWright doesn't have a lot of places to eat and this is one place you don't want too. I gave this place two chances and both were fails. First time my pizza literally had hardly any toppings and was paper thin. I could have gotten more from a 99 cent Totinos pizza. Instead I paid out the ass for crap. Second time I decided to try a calzone as I saw someone eating one and it looked good. I ordered extra toppings one being Jalapenos and there were two inside when I ate it. The actual waitress told me and I quote "Sorry, the owner has had the cooks cutting back on toppings to save money" WTF? I love the honesty...that was the best thing about the experience. Oh, and they ran out the keg beer I ordered. Your a pub! How do you run out of keg beer? A local at the table next saw what happened and actually leaned over and said to me , that is not unusual as this place has never been well run and they switch cooks like underwear. Take my advice.... Head to the local Dairy Queen! read more

easily one of the top pizzas I've eaten in the area including large towns south of Whitewright. The one thing that is a must, is to ask to cook pizza to a crisp otherwise it is to doughy. Prices are a little high for Whitewright, but it beats driving to Allen for a good pizza. read more

We happened upon this place when we found the Mexican food place across the street to be closed. I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, the food was good and there was a fairly respectable bar! That's right--a restaurant/bar in Whitewright, TX! (They must have caught the Whitewright Baptists napping when they got their liquor license.) Of course, the bar is for "members only" (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). Being realistic, no one is going to drive here from Sherman just to eat here (at least not twice), but if you're in the neighborhood, it's pretty dang good. read more

I live about 12 miles from The Loft out in the country and I have appreciated having really good pizza and a great atmosphere not too far away. It has become my "go to" place for out of town company. My grown kids from Florida insisted on going back this Thursday evening for more of their favorite pizza. I didn't know it was open-mike night but if I had known that I would have been even more excited about our prospects since I love live music. Both of our 12 inch pizzas were superb and the table wait service was attentive and courteous; however, our dining experience was practically ruined by "music" that was played at levels much louder than any orchestra in any music performance hall. It was deafening and conversation with my kids or our waiter was impossible. We respectfully asked for the horrendous volume to be turn down on 3 occasions and that request was only barely successful in reducing the noise level which persisted in the 80 DCB range according to our phone ap. After ruining our family's dinner we paid our $46.00 bill and got up to leave and the singer's fan club proceeded to stand up and clap/applaud our departure. I'm almost 70 years old and in my entire life I've never experienced such blatant disregard and rudeness directed toward me or my family in a restaurant that has here -to- fore been my favorite place. If I should ever go back to this place again it will never be on their dreadful open-mike night. I love live music but this was egregious, highly distorted NOISE, not Music. And, while I can't hold management completely responsible for the other rude patrons I do know that I don't have to subject myself or my dinner guests to such rubbish. read more
