Options in rural areas are extremely limited, The Loft has it's good and not-so-good, but i'm glad there are open in Whiteright. The Good: -Seat yourself at the bar, or at tables that seat 2, 4, or more. -Friendly Wait staff quickly get your drink order and your drinks and are attentive and personable. No attitude here. Waitstaff are attentive, but not disruptive. -Cheese pizza is a an amazingly think cracker style crust with what tastes like pizza sauce from scratch and good quality cheese. The thin crust is great for diabetics or KETO folks who want to limit their carbs. -Lots of parking on grand avenue, next to the Loft. -Live music after 630pm. The Not So Good: -Live music after 630pm can be quite loud, making it difficult to talk. -Most storefronts adjacent to The Loft are empty, giving it a ghost town vibe on life support. -The kitchen is very very small, and the result is food can take 15-20 minutes for a sandwich or pizza. More when it is really busy. Use the time to enjoy an adult beverage or don't go when you are starving and ready to pass out from lack of food. -The kitchen has messed up my wife's sandwich order on both visits so far. They don't understand "light mayo" and slathered it with Mayo. Easily fixed by scraping it off, but they clearly don't pay attention to the food ticket. 2nd time it was BLT, with "bacon and MORE bacon" and there were 3 strips of bacon total and of course, heavy mayo. Wife asked for 'more bacon' and they cooked it and brought it out, and the sandwich was remade due to drowning it in mayo. Unfortunately, the french fries were then cold (they didn't reheat or remake). Overall, the friendly waitstaff did what they could to make it right. Same person in the kitchen cooking both times. -No coke zero fountain drinks. Overall, I recommend because rural areas have almost no options and at least some of the folks are really trying who work at the Loft. Unsolicited advice for the manager is to get hands on with the kitchen staff because it's either FOOD or BOOZE that keeps the restaurant going.

Awesome XXL waterhole! Food is great, absolutely. The thing crust pizzas are amazing, all customizable, great selection of beers and the string fries... wow! Mozzarella and bacon, clean and tasty, just delicious. The other best part is the service. The awesome Q, always smiling and joking, making every one feel welcome and special. Glad I found this place.

Overpriced for what it is. They only offer thin crust and it's doughy, sauce Dosent have much flavor. I'll drive to Gizms in Leonard.

Very good pizza. It is very expensive for pizza so we only go there for special occasions. But this pizza is da bomb.

The entry is as though it's a restaurant, primarily, but to me I was still visiting a brewery regardless. Beer menu had a variety yet was too minimalist in info. Zero descriptions. (Pic) Tried Sherman Bock, Kilt Switch and Dubai Chocolate Stout. Sherman Bock was my fellow beer drinkers choice. A solid bock, easy drinking type for a broad section of people. Kilt Switch is a Wee Heavy Scotch Ale that is hidden and buried in the menu simply under Ambers. WhatTF?! It's a 2 time GABF medal winner (2025 Silver 2018 Bronze) and the taste of match! Why not highlight it!? 903? Easy drinking, which is dangerous at 10.5%, and one not to pass up if you like Scotch Ales. Dubai Chocolate Stout 9%. As pics show, zero description of beer or ingredients are offered. It was a good "special" Stout style. Bit sweet to me and reminiscent of winter choco/fruit stouts. Good in its category. Just not my preferred style. Side note: Menu has another unlabled GABF medal winner under stouts but no visitor would know unless they ask a lot of questions or are a beer nerd (me?).
