At first I went here to get breakfast and once I saw Korean on the menu and realized that the restaurant was ran an operated by Koreans as well I was excited because the food would be authentic. I sat at the bar and ordered the kimchi fried rice with the egg fried hard. A huge sizzling skillet came out smelling like heaven. The food was superb for such an unassuming place. They need more workers. The staff cannot handle the volume of customers they seat. We sat for over an hour and twice they tried to deliver people's meal to us. Other groups were seated after we were and got their food before us. We ended up leaving and was charged for the burnt tasting coffee that we didn't even drink. Just horrible experience. read more

A bit weird that there are 2 separate Yelp locations for this, "The Loft" and "Loft Restaurant". Whichever you decide to call it, it's a good place. The coffee was good the breakfast was good, the service was fast (not talkative or conversational, but efficient), and it was a very clean place. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a straightforward meal, with generous portions for the cost (love having my own carafe of coffee), and limited interaction from wait staff. They didn't neglect us in any way, it was just very informational and not the friendly conversation I'm accustomed to. If this place added that to the mix this would be pure gold. read more

Slowest. Service. Ever!! Food was OK. The waitress literally throws things at you and rushes you to order and then gets annoyed at you when you try to correct it. Got to the Restraunt at 10am with a reservation. Waited an hour and a half for our food. Had to ask for the bill three times and then ended up standing in line for 20 minutes by the cash register for the bill. Not worth your time or the drive out of the way for it. Avoid! read more

The Loft relocated to the east end of 2nd Avenue North (between 38th Street and Malmstrom AFB) several years ago. The new location is sparse, but adequate. Menu was diverse - breakfast and lunch options. Interestingly, there were also some Korean options, including bulgogi, which my wife very much enjoyed. I would give this place a zero star if I could. This the first restaurant where we walked out of. I went there with my husband and son. the Server was writing a tables order up at the front, cashing out people and taking orders over the phone, so we understood the wait. We waited for 30 mins before we even got water. However the topping point was when a table of 6 came in and sat very close to us. She ended Up bring all 9 water (for us and them), handed them their water before us, so we thought when she gave us our water she would take our order since we were ready. I mean 30 mins of wait time we had time to look over the menu a few times, but NOPE. She didn't even say one word to us, she dropped the water off and then walked over to the table of 6 to take their order. I was very surprised, I have served in the past, and just didn't understand, were they regulars and we we are out of town people? Anyways, knowing it would take even longer to get our food since their order would go in first, we decided to walk out. But everything happens for a reason and we found a wonderful amazing small restaurant 'Family Affairs Restaurant' which by far was the best. Friendly staff, quick service and AMAZING FOOD, and only about 5 mins down the road. Skip the Loft and go here instead. read more

Terrible food in a clean building... The Loft does a really great job of keeping their new dining area spotless, but that's where the compliments have to end. I took the fam in for breakfast the other day and was very disappointed. I highly doubt they actually MAKE anything they serve. It was clear the pancakes came from a boxed mix, the hashbrowns were from a bag, and the bacon was from the bottom of an old shoe. If you're looking for a good homemade breakfast in Great Falls, I would recommend Missouri River Diner. read more

Really good food and decent prices for the amount of food you get. When we first walked in there were about 5 or 6 dirty tables. They were cleaned up fast....and the immediately got filled up. Service was fast. Definitely looking forward to making this a regular place. read more

Pretty good spot for breakfast. Large portions for a reasonable. Wasn't too impressed with the lunch but I've only had it once.

The breakfast here is pretty good and I have yet to be disappointed. The service is fast and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to The Loft for years. It will always be my favorite breakfast joint !
