Food was terrible and cold. I told server that I am allergic to margarine and my toast came with margarine on it. Sent toast back! Took over 20 minutes for server to bring my toast. Server claimed that there was no butter in the store. By that time eggs were cold. Hash Brown were a hard solid chunk of dark brown color. Totally not edible. What happened?! I've eaten her since I was a kid. It's our go to place when we come to town. Took my 85 year old Mom today because we were so excited they were open again after Covid shutdown. We walked in on Cody Bill side, sign said seat yourself so we picked the only table that was away from others and as soon as we sat the waitress barked we can't sit there because it' blocked for distance Well, put a sign on it then! Then not even 20 minutes later, people sat next us. ‍ I only saw ONE employee with his nose covered (per Covid instructions, the most concentrated part of the virus comes out the nose) it was a cook that covered his face with a full wrap, as should be and he was so sweet. The other two males that went in and out of the kitchen had their masks on their chin Every servers nose was uncovered including ours and behind the bar. We go out to eat because we want to support the local businesses to keep them open. It was THE first time Mom had been out since March since 2020. The worst part was a 6-8 year old yelling Nana at our server. She ran rapid around the area. The server had to stop everything to put gloves on the grandchild so she could wipe the tables. We were still waiting on drink refills and another table wanted their check. Then we watched her spin and cough and play like on a playground for the next 30 minutes by the old salad bar. Others were complaining about the ruckus too. So much for a relaxing lunch. The food? Meh. My burger was dry, which used to epic. Don't think we'll go again. Sigh read more

This place has been around as long as I can remember! Great spot to go play some pool and have a nice cold beer. They have great food, even breakfast for the wee morning hours. The staff is great and gets to know you and what you like, great customer service! There is a casino on one end and some video games in the middle for the youngsters. Food is great. However, I have been sitting here eating my lunch and listening to the cook curse the entire time. Also ordered a lemonade and was brought a soda. Didn't complain and drank it, but when getting a refill it was brought by a guy who was not my server and was in sweats just here to pick up his paycheck... the server seems to be the only one here because it's 3 in the afternoon and slow but has someone who is off the clock deliver my drink? So I lived here for four years and Great falls is not known for there food. One day I was told that I have to try the steak here. I was reluctant because none of the steaks are that great here. Not even cattleman's cut or beef and bone but man was I wrong about this place. I now only come here for steak. Mike Barlow, the cook, orders, cuts, seasons and prepares the most succulent steak I have had in the last four years. I had only one question about his steak and he brought one of each of the types out and showed me. He wanted me to know what I was ordering. I ordered a 16 oz ribeye and what came out was not 16 but closer to 20 Or more if I had to guess. Then I had Samantha Kreutz as my waitress for now the second time and she was amazing again. She was intensive and was really to serve with a smile. This is just a warm and family friendly place. I hope all of you would try this place for a great experience. Omg, it's so hard to mess that up but they did and spectacularly! Biscuits old, c!early kicked and gravy had clumps of cornstarch in it. Steak is covered in half a can of canned mushrooms, two pieces of old stale bacon sitting on top, mashed potatoes are old and you can tell by the looks. The gravy wasn't terrible. I bite into my steak and the bottom is burnt, thick. (I tasted it then flipped it to confirm the bad taste). All the toast was burned to hell and scraped, the cheese fries were old as fuck, soggy mess of shit, the salad was boring like a mormon orgy, the only thing that wasn't wrong was OJ and diner coffee (which you should already expect to be shit). probably gave me diarrhea. We were looking for a place to eat late, 10 or later, and R&R was the only place open. Our waitress, Michelle, was soooo friendly and took very good care of us! Our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. Usually I get nervous when my food arrives that early. There was no need to be because today is the day that I have had the best chicken fried steak I have ever tasted!!! It was thick, juicy and delicious! The breading was homemade and the spices were blended perfectly. The waitress even gave me a moist chocolate chip cookie that I shared with my little sister. I travel to Great Falls at least once per month and I will definitely be making this a regular stop!! read more

The wifi here is BAE AF. The DJ here 2nite is superb. The service, like they cannot get enough of my style, but that is K and I'm totes used 2 it.
