Great breakfast, good service. We often order takeout for weekends and it's always ready in a timely manner.

While I'm usually an old fashioned kind of person, this time I went rogue and ordered the Fireside Chat--a decadent mix of marshmallow‑infused vodka, white chocolate, cream, and chocolate, finished with a toasted marshmallow garnish. Comforting, rich, and just indulgent enough, it paired surprisingly well with the Enbär fries. And let's talk about those fries: bring your appetite. Even the half size could easily feed a table of ravenous folks. They come with two dipping sauces of your choice, and while I felt a little bad neglecting the BBQ sauce, I could not stop going back for the habanero bacon jam. Sweet, spicy, smoky--absolute scene stealer. For dessert (or what technically landed in the dessert slot), I had the Asian salad with chicken, which was excellent--fresh, flavorful, and a nice counterbalance to all the indulgence that came before it. Great drinks, generous portions, and a warm, inviting atmosphere make Enbär a standout. Whether you're fueling up before a game or just settling in for a relaxed night out, this is a spot worth lingering in.

We were told no other tables were available and if I wanted a low top table I should've requested one in the comments when I made the reservation. I didn't see any place for special requests. The manager/owner spoke to us but offered nothing but an "I'm sorry". He could have comped our drinks. The service was rushed. We had our entrees dropped on the table before we finished our salads. The dessert came out before we were done with the entree and the bill came before we were finished with our drinks. The servers didn't know where to deliver the food. The food was decent but not exceptional. Not the special experience I hoped for. The couple next to us were delightful but they too were surprised by the seating at a communal table on a romantic holiday. I will think twice before choosing the EnBar for a special occasion.

Do you feel awkward parking at a hotel that looks like a total dump just to go upstairs to this bar? Yes, but you still should. I ended up going on my own, and came back with colleagues the last night of our trip as it's a must stop. As I'm sure we all know, what makes it fun and unique is the dancing Mermaid performances in the pool behind the bar. Such a cool concept to watch them entertain you while you enjoy a good drink. My first time in the bartender was fantastic and giving me all the history of the place, and how the pool used to just be the hotels' actual swimming pool, and guests would swim in it, no Thank you. I ordered the cranberry cherry limeade, not realizing that it was basically a bucket full of booze, equivalent to three drinks (not complaining, just forewarning) also enjoyed chatting with the bartender about how the place is haunted. Definitely gives off that vibe and total dive bar/tiki feel. I'd come back every time I'm in this town or on a road trip. 21+---although they allowed a few families to come in with kids for a minute and get a picture by the mermaids, which I thought was super cool. And yes, you can tip the maids too! I didn't get any food from the restaurant, but I heard from a few it wasn't amazing so I think this is just a dive drinking spot for me.

The ribs and fried grits are a MUST TRY! The savory glaze, that gritty crunch and the fall of the bone ribs are tasty! The Montanan cocktail was an added treat, it was a perfect blend along with the carrot cake we ended our night with! Service is impeccable! The gal who managed the dining area was quick to bring waters, take our order, deliver our orders fresh. And did so while the dining area was fairly full! The vibe in this place is fun and seemed like a popular spot amongst the locals. It is kept clean and well maintained. The patio area is spacious and dog-friendly. There is a bar area but we haven't made our way into that area yet. But we definitely plan to visit again and try other menu items! The waitress apologized up-front that they were short-staffed that night and the wait could be longer than the norm, but we were happy though the food did take a bit long. I started with a Guiness which came out with a nice hear and a clover stamped into the foam! Never seen that one before. I had the fish and chips. The fish had an unusual cylinder shape, but tasted just fine, piping hot and moist. The sauce tasted very herby to me (dill?) but I liked it. The fries were good and plenty. The bill for each person had a QR code on it which when scanned allows you to pay with Apple Play. Nice! My friend had the Irish stew which he pronounced OK,and the folks that had the pastrami sandwich were also in the OK category. They also seemed to be out of a lot of their beer selections. Overall a nice experience, but a few rough edges.

My friend had the lobster Thermidor and the lobster bisque soup as well. While still eating our soup, about halfway through we were brought the Entree. My prime rib was medium to medium well not tender and my friends lobster Thermidor was cold. My guess on the lobster is that it was frozen product maybe. The meal was a great disappointment I should've had the wings. Ps. Best wings I've ever had We Didn't use the pool because the bar patrons can sit at their tables and watch everyone in the pool area. I don't want to be a spectacle while other people are enjoying their beer. Also it's kind of creepy thinking about parents bringing the children and who knows who is sitting in the bar. Creepy!
