This was my second time here, I loved my experience with my first time at this studio that I had to come back. The inside of the studio is gorgeous, modern but still warm and cozy. I think I arrived 15-10 minutes early, and was seen a few minutes after I sat down. My hairdresser was Ailan, and she is the sweetest. She was very gentle with the hair wash and precise with the haircut. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and she truly delivered! I get my hair done once a week and I would say this was top 3 worst places I've been to…read more My appointment was with Henna. As she was washing my hair she was dripping water all over my face. I asked to try and be careful as 95% of stylist can wash your hair without getting the water all over your face. She started blow drying my hair and kept clunking my head with the brush. All of this would have been alright if my hair would have turned out decent. My hair was dry and frizzy and I had to wash it the next day as I couldn't take how it looked. I ended up with an 80's old lady hair cut nothing alike what I requested, hair was styled with a blow dryer when my hair is curly and all pictures "suggested" and showed curly hair end result. I did feed stylist why I was going that route with my hair (I suffer from alopecia) and definitely I would NEVER by choice would go almost bald!
